As usual, breakfast was mediocre at best. Wasn't my choice to come here but my colleagues love the coffee. The meal would have been better if the elderly front cashier wasn't screaming her head off the whole time we were there. Very inappropriate and made the whole experience a lot less enjoyable. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Also we had requested some sauce and she told us that sauces are not included and we had to pay for them. We went to a mcdo for brkfst last week and the week beforen as a group and never had to pay... Overall wouldn't recommend this location if that woman is working, unless you're hard of hearing or have the ability to tune out someone screaming for the whole length of your meal.

The wait time at this McDonald's is absurd. The staff is rude and unprofessional towards costumers. The food is very mediocre compared to other McDonald's. The fries are VERY hit or miss, either lacking texture, cold or unsalted. The burgers are very sloppily made.In the most recent visit they gave me a cold chicken wrap to which I got food poisoning from. I'm not going back here.

Well all I can say is Rose at the cash is the most pleasant customer service person I have ever met !She is a senior but has the energy and work ethic of a 20 year old !Made my dayThe food was also delicious!

Worst service by any mcdonald's have ever been in my life. Waited forty five minutes for my order. Never have I ever waited so long for fast food in my life. The name says it all fast food. If I wanted to spend Forty five minutes I would have when and gone and had a sit down meal somewhere else. The staff does not apologize. Does not even look at you in the Eye. When you ask them how much longer for your order? They just say it's coming soon. Everyone seems to be talking, and no one seems to be taking any initiative to get things done or resolve any of your situations. I attempted to try them yet again and give them another chance with the drive-through. The order took thirty five minutes.This is at around eleven thirty pm.There's obviously big problems with staffing and management and organization at this mcdonald's. Also a very large lack of empathy with the clients.

Used self-order kiosk and there was a printing error and there was no receipt printed. When we asked at the counter employee told us our order number. Eventually two bags and four drink were handed over. There was no place to check order at restaurant was full and we realized once home (15 minutes away) that a big mac was missing which had been paid for. Driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant is costing us more gas and you don’t answer the phone.

Had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes for my turn to order from the drive through window, although there was only one car in front of me and anther one in the other lane. I don’t know why they keep two lanes open with two windows if they don’t have enough staff at least close one so everyone can be behind each other and will be able know how long it could take from the amount of cars

Slow very slow and still got our order wrong. After waited about 30 - 40 min we got our take out order. Luckily, I double checked before leaving because we were missing 3 burgers and after arriving home we found out they gave us the wrong flavor for the mcflurries....

I always visit this McDonald's restaurant that is bustling with activity, yet still managed to provide a fun experience for kids. The playground was a hit with my little ones, who had a great time burning off some energy while I enjoyed my meal. Although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the crowds, they were still incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. While the service was a bit slow, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant more than made up for it. Overall, I would highly recommend this McDonald's location to anyone looking for a fun and friendly dining experience.
