Efficient and competent. Customer service skills are wanting: the agent who helped me was quite impatient and rude. You might think she was doing me an arduous favour by selling me insurance.

Great service and very friendly. I have used them for years. Whenever I get insurance reminders it's a quick phone call to3 get me insurance renewed.

They were recommended to me, but because of the fires nearby I knew it would be difficult. First was another 1 of their offices and got transferred to another. Then finally got a phone call, the fires were out only 1 day, another large Insurance company told me we would have to wait 10 days before they could insure us. But she said I have a girl in Keramees and it will happen. Well the beginning of her email to me I have Bad news, we can't insure you because of the fires and it's only been 1 day, but that's what I said to her am pretty sure. She ended the email sorry for the bad news . Less then professional start and finish for me. Sorry for the bad news there are better and more professional insurance companies for sure.

Unprofessional service. Asked to speak with management multiple times over 3 weeks trying to remidy an issue with home isurance policy. Office staff working together to refuse managers involvement. Hanging up the phone when I call to respectfully request management's involvement.Did not work in our best interest. Very rude, un ethical, poor service from Brenda and Arlene.

Second chance…LAST CHANCE … we won’t be back. This is the second time we have been ignored while waiting for assistance with our insurance needs. ( previously on Ellis st, five staff in office and none wished to help us… we waited for 5 long minutes before we even got a Hi). While this time was remarkably better than last because the fellow helping the only other customers in the new downtown Kelowna office said hello when we walked in the door…. The other two staff looked at me and went right back to doing their computer stuff. I waited for 10 minutes or so … then realized their are many other insurance agency’s that would love my business.

Over the past two weeks I have been dealing with Debbie Symons & Arlene Peters at the the Ellis Street JMI location in Kelowna. They happily assisted me in the process of selling my RV by taking me through the appropriate steps to complete the sale properly. Even though I asked the same questions a few times they were always very patient with me. When I returned with the old plates and paperwork they reviewed everything with me again to be sure I would not have problems down the road. As a 73 year old, I very much appreciated their kind patience.

Went in to get my collectors plates and renew my insurance. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Definitely going here in the future.

Heike has been absolutely amazing in helping us insure our new home. She's always quick to respond and doing her best to get us the best price possible. We highly recommend working with her!

Each time I've visited I've been able to walk in and immediately be served. Friendly, knowledgeable staff have always been able to explain the terms of my insurance to me clearly to enable me to make informed decisions.
