Today on my birthday was the first time I was here. The staff all were friendly, not just my lash tech! We briefly discussed what I wanted and it was everything I expected. Loving my lashes will definitely be back! ❤️

I can't rave enough about Jessica and the team at Lash Bar West. I don't trust just anyone with my lashes. No joke. I moved from Calgary a couple years ago and had my lash gal from there source out the person I needed to see on the Island. After much research, she showed me Jessica's work. I loved what she was doing and booked in my first session. 2 years later and I'm 1000% still here. They are complete pros and honestly do the best work. When Jessica hasn't been available to work on me, she sets up an appointment with another team member who I know I'm in the best of hands with as well. The salon is inviting with so many awesome amenities as you wait, and also just has such a great vibe. Everyone is incredibly professional yet so friendly. I highly recommend Lash Bar West to anyone looking for the best in lashes on the island.

Tara was amazing!! She did my full set of hybrid lash extensions and did such a beautiful job, I love them :) She was super nice and talked to me lots about what I wanted and they turned out super pretty, she is so so good at what she does :)

I saw Gabby for some lash extensions for an upcoming holiday. She is very sweet and easy to talk to while still being professional too. If you need full glam lashes she’s your girl!They’re super comfortable which is always my concern with extensions so she did a great application. For a junior tech I’m super impressed, 10/10 for Gabby!

I found the amazing Tamara several months ago and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her work. She is the most kind, caring, genuine person you will meet, she is so easy to talk with and puts you right at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything eye lashes, is very professional and easy to communicate with, and does AMAZING work! I look forward to my appointments every time! If you are in need of an eye lash artist or have been wanting to try eye lash extensions look no further!Everyone at Lash Bar West has been incredibly kind and professional and it has been a pleasure to meet the owner Jess as well. An incredible added bonus is the adorable, well behaved dogs (Lulu and Boss)!!! I would recommend Tamara to anyone she is incredible, as well as the entire Lash Bar West business!

I can't recommend Jessica and her beautiful studio enough.I've been going to LBW for a couple years and I always leave with a smile on my face feeling confident and beautiful.Jess is super knowledgeable at her craft and is always learning and adding the newest and best techniques and products. You can really tell she cares about her clients .I've seen Tasha a couple of times if timing doesn't match up for Jessica and I. I am always happy with the quality of work Tasha does as well.Overall it's a great experience. My lashes look amazing and the retention is solid.Oh and p.s....having a cute little snack and drink trolley in her lounge area is a total bonus while you're waiting for your appointment.

Good lashes but the beds were uncomfortable'and the technician got me sick which spread to my family. Could hear her wheezing the whole appointment
