We took our new Rockwood 2516S (purchased this year from Outback RV) for its first Winterization and service of a few other small things. We had a sticky side storage door that was a pain to lock, and an overhead nightlight in the bedroom that we had accidentally knocked out. We also asked the service department to install a LevelMatePRO Pro unit that we purchased (we were hesitant to drill into the thin walls ourselves). The service department winterized Mini for us, fixed the lock on the storage door so that it locks and unlocks smooth as butter now, reinstalled the nightlight and fixed the splintered wood like new, and installed the LevelMatePRO Pro unit on the wall nice and straight. We absolutely love our new Rockwood and will continue to have it serviced at Outback RV.

Outback RV is an amazing family owned company and they put so much effort into their work and you can tell that they TRULY care about their customers! You can see it by the way they take everyone's wants and needs into their own hands and get it done when no other dealerships would! I had my trailer in for a laundry list of repairs. I was afraid I was looking at a pretty big bill, thinking I would need a new fridge and a new furnace. I’ve had both of those looked at before on multiple occasions without having them fixed.They fixed both of them without needing new as well as some other smaller items. I was so pleased with the service. All of the members of the team we dealt with were excellent. Highly recommend using them.

Superb service and open to most trailer needs competitive prices. Staffs always cheerful and ready to help and if the desk cant answer what your looking for they will find someone on site to help. Great workmanship for your buck. And quality service.

My wife and I bought our Northern Light Camper from Outback Sales and Service it there too, when we had an issue diagnosing trouble with thecamper jack, they gave me advice over the phone and when that didn't work, they actually sent George out to where the camper was located to help us!Linda always remembers us when we call and they really look after us with great service.We will keep coming back.

My first experience with Outback RV Service Dept. and it couldn’t have gone better. Linda was awesome, from the phone call to schedule, drop off and pick-up. Linda “worked her magic” and was able to expedite the repairs in less time than was planned, so we could keep our camping reservations for the weekend. When I picked it up, Linda introduced me to Vic, who did the repairs. He gave me detailed tips on how to avoid future issues. He was awesome, too. Will recommend and will use them again.
