This store is usually not busy, and the selection is great. Although they don't have a lot of staff, once engaged, they are very helpful! Good job!

Their Halloween decoration have arrived!!The cashier that was stationed there was so nice and friendly. It was nice to see a cashier at the till not a self service machine.They still have plastic bag!!! It makes it so easy to carry things and not worry of bringing your own bags.Yarn prices are decent but doesn't beat spinrite prices and selection.Cake decorating selection is really good, and we got different molds to make different gummy bears, worms and robots!

This is a very welcoming store with a great variety of products. It is clean, well stocked and often seems to have items on sale before other Michaels stores. The staff are helpful and the store offers a great shopping experience.

This is my favorite branch of Michael's, I have been to a couple here in Mississauga and one in Toronto and Cambridge. This has to be the friendliest.Abdullah especially is one of the most helpful and kind cashiers, really enjoy the service I receive here.

Lovely store. Great sales.There is an excellent customer service presence on the floor...the staff members are not overbearing and allow you to pursue the store without bothering you. They are, however, very knowledgeable and friendly if you do request help.I love the layout of this store. They also seem to receive new items faster than other locations in the GTA and have better clearance.

Never get bored shopping at Michaels let it be just window shopping or the actual one..One of the most organized and planned arrangements store, wonder who plans and kudos to the staff maintaining it..Especially Seasonal arrangements, Cricut, Crafts, Floral section, Creatology sections are few of the Fav's

(Michael's @ Argentia) Customer care is excellent. Justin @ the framing counter, a pleasant and patient young man is extremely helpful. The pleasant customer experience makes a difference when you compare services from other big box stores. This is one store to go to for your Arts, Crafts and framing needs.
