Trail Appliances - Vancouver

My experience with Trail Appliance was great. All their staff, from the showroom salesperson to the installation guys were top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, provided fast service and offered fair prices. A hassle free experience. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Dino again when this time our washer/dryer finally gave out and he is just the best. I described our set up and asked for his advice, he was quick to suggest the Samsung compact washer/dryer. He quickly followed up with email with specs about suggested machine and when we weren't sure this machine would fit in our closet space in our duplex he even went the extra mile to set up a guy to come by to measure our space and check the set up. Dino is super experienced, really made sure that we had the right machine that was going to suit our space and needs made the whole buying experience a good experience. I highly recommend that if you need a new appliance go and see Dino at Trail.

Bought the LG washtower from Dino at the Vancouver store and he was very patient, informed and professional. Had the tower delivered and installed today by Kingsley and Jimmy and they were prompt, responded to all my questions and they prooved very experienced at what they do. Overall, very pleased with the Trail experience thus far.

We are Frustrated-Beware if you purchase a floor model-purchased early May and still can not do laundry!We purchased a washer/ dryer from sales person Siti early May. There was a delay in installation on our end due to the fact we live in a strata and the turn off for our hot water tap needed to be replacedThe installers were wonderfulThe washer was tested empty and was fineWhen we put items in the washer there was a loud squeaking. Contacted Trail and instead of repair they sent out an installer ( said they had to do this first) who felt there was a serious flaw in the drum and the washer needed to be replaced. He also said they must not have tested it before it left the storeNext Trail calls and said they are now sending out a repair person, again waited only to be told they are not replacing the new machine that doesn’t work, they are fixing itPart required to fix will take a few weeks!!!!!We bought this early May, it is now July 7, we still do not have a working washing machine and have heard nothing from TrailEvery time they send someone out there is a delay, we have to stay home for an 2-3 hour window

My husband and I bought all new appliances approximately 3 years ago from trail (Sherry) she was amazing to work with and decide on what exactly we needed however 3 years later we were back because our fridge stopped working. Lucky for us we had full warranty and the warranty company issued a credit to trail. So back to Sherry we went again in a time when supply chain is very difficult. It was a longer wait than we anticipated however Sherry was on top of it at every stage. We conveyed what we wanted and she made it happen. It was a two month wait but at one point Sherry even offered her own spare fridge for us. So Nice! She is kind and personable and has incredible customer service and always follows up. Thanks Sherry ! A side note we also loved the new delivery service where we could real time track our delivery (no more waiting all day for a delivery) - amazing! We love our new fridge.

Very, very good knowledgeable and patient service from Dino.Dino greeted me at the counter inside the door. After a couple of questions he showed us the best dishwasher for us and explained why. He compared it to all of the other possibilities.Dino completed all of the paperwork efficiently and transparently.

The tracking link was so helpful in planning our day and was very accurate too. The support staff (Alberto) was prompt with updates on our order. The delivery/installation guys were great. They tested out our washer and dryer, called customer care themselves because the dryer belt was making a sound and made sure we were set up and the unit was ready to use.

Bought all sorts of new appliances while renovating our new kitchen. During the purchase, we followed the salesman's advice and bought the Decor panel ready" refrigerator panels to allow a much tidier built-in refrigerator. However

I recently bought a new stove from Trail appliances. I was fortunate to have Sherry as my rep., she helped make the purchase, delivery and installation seamless. She was happy and able to answer all my questions. It was a really positive experience.The installers (Reza and his colleague) from P&M installation group were also amazing, efficient and great problem solvers.I'm truly satisfied with all the service I received.
