Herbalex Canada

I had a horrible experience ordering from Herbalex. I ordered my product on Feb 3rd, waited about 3 weeks and then emailed, asking for the tracking number or status of the delivery of the product. Yes, Canada Post is often not speedy, but this product was being delivered from Surrey - Calgary. To this email, I received no response. 1 week later, I phoned the number on the website and spoke with the owner who promised that if I called HIM back the next day (not the other way around), then he would give me the tracking number and see if the order had left the store. I did call him back the next day, to which he replied he would check when he came into work that morning. He said he would text me the tracking number. This did not happen. 1 week later, I texted and phoned asking for the tracking number. No response. The following week I phoned again, no response. At this point, I would like a little decency and some customer service, as well as a refund because I'm beginning to believe this product will never show up. I will not be ordering from here again.... As an update - There was NO refund made and I highly recommend this place to the garbage depot.
