Airport Taxi Service

In a minivan on way home from airport. It's 27c outside and driver has no a/c or windows open... It stinks. There is literally garbage in the car and mold in the rear side pockets. Dirt in the cup holders, oil or grease all over windows that haven't been cleaned since the dinosaurs. Driver wouldn't bother helping and could barely breathe, shirt half open, disheveled. Epic fail Airport. Will be sending complaint to airport transportation services. I know they have standards to their service agreement. THIS ISN'T IT.

On a recent trip I had one good experience and one where I felt I was being ripped off.I had booked a taxi to take us back home and was told the fare would be $62.Our plane was delayed and I called and said we would be arriving about an hour late and was thanked for the update.By the time our plane touched down on the runway I realized that we were going to need an extra half hour before we had our bags. I called again and this guy said it will be $72" and wasn't willing to accept the original "flat fee" that we had been given.Frustrating and disappointing experience. I no longer trust them with providing a good service at a good price or keeping their word."

Excellent taxi service. Great communication. On time, car was clean, The driver was courteous and loaded all of our bags. We will certainly utilize this service again when back in Edmonton.

I experienced a sense of safety and care during my travels. It was an acceptable option for airport transfer because of the affordable rate. Just got a ride from them, and the first driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel, charging us 20$ for 14$ ride. After we called and told them we had been dropped off at the wrong hotel, they sent a second cab, the whole ride the screen said, the fare was 0.00$ the second driver quickly cleared the screen, then told us it was 20$.Do not used the drivers don’t know where they are going and scamming customer for cash.

We were in town on Business and pr booked their taxi service. They were very prompt and efficient. The driver was very friendly and gave us ideas on what we could do on our trip to Edmonton. The car was so clean and comfortable.

So impressed with this company. Showed up perfectly on time with large clean vehicle for my family. Professional drivers were very friendly and good. I even needed to adjust the time of my scheduled pick up and they were able to pick us up earlier. Very accommodating. And the price is very affordable. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely great taxi service from the get go! Driver was just lovely and friendly. Carried my luggage, made sure I was comfortable. We laughed all the way to my destination. I am certainly booking this taxi service again.

Booked a day in advance for a specific pickup time for a ride to the airport. After getting a notification the driver was on time and on the way, he goes MIA. Call the company and the driver is now doing another airport drop off first and will circle back. Being half an hour late for a scheduled/reserved time is apparently how this company rolls. Do yourself a favour and book any one else that is actually interested in delivering on a very basic service.
