Adam and his team were absolutely incredible to work with! We purchased our house in April of 2021 and we needed a door put in for access to our backyard. This was my first experience with any home improvements, and they made the entire process so easy. I will 100% recommend them, and I will not be hiring anyone other than On Demand Services for any future projects we have. Their work is flawless, they were respectful to our property, and they were SO friendly! I’m looking forward to the next time we can work with them.

Adam and Angela were great to work with start to finish. Adam installed an egress window and did it great! When he left my house you couldn’t even tell he was there! Landscaping rock was placed back and no mess in my yard left. Will definitely hire again.

Adam of On Demand Services, LLC was recommended on a Facebook group to help with my “seriously neglected deck.” When I reached out by Messenger, he responded the same day and in a professional manner. 5 days later he was already at my house to give me an estimate for a deck rehab. He conducted himself professionally and listened intently as I pointed out two tread boards that were rotted out on the steps as well as the broken stringers underneath them. I explained that I was looking for someone to pressure wash the deck, to replace those two boards, and to check the whole deck over carefully after pressure washing to see what else needed replacing. He said that would not be a problem. When I said I would be doing the staining myself, he recommended a stain and gave helpful advice on allowing at least a full week for the deck to dry after pressure washing before applying stain and another 48 hours for the stain to cure without rainfall.Later that day he sent me an estimate for $450 which included 8 hours of work at $50/hour plus materials and told me he could start on it the next day as he was in between remodel jobs. Adam’s bid was $50-250 higher than the other bids I got, but he seemed competent, easy to communicate with, and was already demonstrating that he would follow through as promised.The next day he was at my home, pressure washed the deck, and messaged me that “most of (the old stain) was to the point it was not there or barely hanging on,” that he had “about 6 hours total in the project,” and that he would be back the next day to take care of the stubborn spots. He came back the next day as promised, messaged that he was “able to hydroblast everything,” and billed me $750 for 13 hours at $50/hour plus $100 in materials. Looking at the deck from inside the house, the improvement was amazing. He then went above and beyond by coming back 3 days later to discuss doing some work on my fireplace, and I paid him the $750 for the deck work at that time.Between working full-time, being on the go with summer activities, and periodic rainfalls, I was unable to think about staining until almost two weeks later. I took a day off from work assuming Adam left it stain-ready for me, and upon closer inspection saw that there was black sparkly sand (he said it’d been hydroblasted though) adhered to every surface imaginable on, under, and inside the deck as well as the house, in the sliding patio door track and window screens, and falling out of anything I touched. As I was trying to get that off my foot sunk into spongey deck boards on the top level, main stairs, and lower level. Then I noticed that the wood grain was raised terribly everywhere, up to 3 inches in places, so I had to sand the entire 2-level deck by hand. He had replaced the two treads I'd pointed out on day he came to look things over for the estimate, but the stair stringers underneath them were still broken, and one of the 4x4s holding up the stair rail was twisted so badly that most of the screw holding the handrail on was exposed rather than sunk into the wood. All of this should’ve been replaced according to our original agreement. And in addition to wasting a vacation day prepping what I'd paid Adam to prep rather than applying stain as planned, I'd also lost a dry day with rain forecasted for one day out now rather than two. Then I got to thinking about the $750 bill, how he had 6 hours in on the project one day, only had to come back to take care of stubborn spots the next day, and it somehow took another 7 hours?Possibly the worst part of all this is that I’ve messaged him directly multiple times with these concerns, and he has not responded even once. I can see that he’s regularly on Facebook, has read my messages, and it’s been a week since my first message, so he’s had ample opportunity to say something, ANYthing. I don’t know where the professional guy that started this process went, but given this unfortunate outcome I'm sincerely sad to say that I can never recommend him.

WOW! I used On-Demand for three completely different projects and am levels of magnitude impressed. The first job was a good sized, varied concrete project. The second job was a very difficult tree removal. And, the third was a kitchen floor installation. I kept hearing that Adam is a perfectionist and it is true. Plus, I got some great small interior design suggestions on how to improve the overall appearance of my kitchen. I was doubly impressed with the look. Keep it up!

I had them load a moving trailer with furniture and boxes. They were very punctual and very efficient in their work. The two gentlemen we worked with were very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to family and friends several times. Very satisfied.

Adam is amazing! Seriously I can’t thank him enough for the job he did. We had a total home natural disaster case and he did major repairs and remodeled 80% of the home. He was always responsive, very flexible, professional, and the quality was great. I highly recommend his work and business.

We had our roof done in late october and are very pleased with the work adam and the crew have done. They showed up rain or shine cold or hot, and were polite and curtious to our whole family, we highly recommend them to the next person..

Just had 14 windows installed and we could not be happier. The workmanship is top notch with great attention to detail. It was truly a pleasure to have Adam and his team in our home. Everyone was so considerate, kind and professional that all our apprehension went outthe window. No pun intended. Okay, so that's not sure-it was intended. But it is true that we highly recommend them and will be looking to them when we are ready for our next project.

We were happy with the services of On Demand! Adam was helpful in offering creative solutions beyond just what we asked for. His team was polite, punctual and did great work. They were flexible to what we needed in order to stay within our budget. Our 118-year-old farmhouse needed brickwork, walls removed (ie new load-bearing headers installed), two stairway modifications, and a new entry door installed where there had previously been only a small window. Our galley pantry has become an open-concept entry and foyer. Great improvements. I would recommend On Demand!

I called on demand services and I asked Adam for a quote on concrete slab for 36 x 48 garage, he was fast to respond, him and his crew were on time each day. They did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
