Cole at Rodgers in Sudbury was amazing and knowledgeable he gave me the advice I needed to fix my phone thru chatr and help me with the process to keep my phone working.Highly recommend anyone talks to him for there mobile issues :)

Absolutely demeaning, unprofessional, and belittling staff. I went into this store to give my iPhone 12Pro back as my upfront edge plan ended. The staff had no idea how to proceed. There was no process or standardized method upon returning my device. As a consumer I felt a bit under confident in their service. I gave my device back without signing anything and had to ask for an email or any proof that I did infact give this device back so I am not charged for it later. The gentleman had to call his manager in how to proceed. I was completely understanding only asking questions. I found out that I only get a refund for the device in 1-3 months. They sent me an extremely generic email after I left that I returned it. The one gentleman started to raise his voice and had an uneasy tone with me when I asked why does this process seem so flawed and me wanting a piece of paper or email to confirm firm I gave this back was inappropriate? I thought it would have been more mainstream since rogers constantly advertises this plan. He then yelled to his coworker saying “I’m not raising my voice this is how I talk this is how I talk” I told him I’m just asking questions I have every right to understand how this plan works. When he was speaking in a high tone over me it was extremely demeaning. I’m not sure if being a young pregnant female had anything to do with him treating me so poorly. His coworker then took over and said if I want to leave I can and he will take it from here and I don’t need to watch him do paper work. But at that point I still had not received any information about my rebate for returning the phone or an email that I actually did return the phone… I still had a lot of unanswered questions. Overall my experience at this rogers was extremely disappointing, belittling and unprofessional. Ladies bring your spouses with you so you get treated with an ounce of respect. I will never be a rogers customer again. I hope anyone reading this avoids this store. I immediately changed plans with Bell after this experience. Go to bell don’t waste your time. Especially if you’re a young female by yourself. It was horrible,

By far the worst experience ive ever had trying to get a phone. Extremely limited stock (were out of the majority of what they advertise) and when asked for the identificaion for buying a phone i provided 5 separate pieces of identification and was still turned away even though i already have an active account. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I will NEVER be back.

I've been a customer with Rogers for 18 years! Their service is excellent and the prices are competitive! Their employees are the best which tells me the company is good to work for and they take pride in their customer service!

Very poor customer service for out of town customers. My son(away at school)lost his phone and we need to get him a new one. They won’t allow him to add a phone to our plan unless he is on our account for 30 days. Worst experience ever. They made him sign for a separate plan and would not give him his same number. We have contacted Rogers on the phone and they sent him a phone and he was to return the other phone (within 15 days). They will not take back the other phone back because the phone cord is unresalable (dirty)and he doesn’t have the twist tie for the cord. Problem is they have not delivered the exact phone that was sent 2 weeks ago. He could simply remove the phone from the box and return it with a new cable never opened and everything including the twist tie. They are all about the commission made on the phone and nothing else. Won’t be getting anymore of my business.

Got ripped off by this company for the second time now. The first time was about 10 years ago and was only for about $20. I did call and request my $20 credit paid to me but when i did, they would hang up on me. I tried calling back a couple times and the same thing happened.......CLICK!Last month I got a better deal with another service provider so I decided to cancel my service with Rogers. Yesterday I noticed that they charged my credit card over $200 for phones that i paid for in equal payments over 2 years. I proceeded to call Rogers to rectify the issue. They are now trying to tell me that my phones were leased! I did not lease my phones. I purchased them outright for the full amount of the cost of the phones. This is an absolute scam.I will never do business with Rogers again.

SO went in-Sales associate did not install SIM cards to new device, did not transfer contacts/data to new devices, citing lack of WIFI as the reason. Did not explain how to set up the new device. Very Poor customer service. -5 stars.

Very poor customer service. Every time I've walked into this place the customer service reps seem lost and don't know what they are talking about. Apparently apple watches are a special order so the one girl (who was training someone else) told me she would order one for me and we would start the process of setting it up on my account when it comes in. Two weeks go by and I call the store back just to have the girl tell me that nothing was ordered in my name. Super frustrating. Makes me think, what was she typing in on the computer for 10 minutes while she was supposed to be ordering one for me?
