Had an issue where my home screen went off last night. You can only imagine my horror! My entire life is on my phone including my alarm clock! Saw Sagar and he reassured me and also showed my how to back everything up. Great service. Friendly and helpful!!

I called around for a back glass replacement and Dr.Phone was the cheapest and quickest. What was quoted online as $150 from a random source was $50 in-store. An amazing company with great staff, I will come back as often as my phone breaks. Siwa was awesome!

Repaired the screen of samsung there on november 2021, we are not from the area so we picked the store based on proximity and ratings, however few weeks later the camera stoped working then the microphone then the screen completely peeled off! Happens that the screen was so badly glued and everything was entering through the little spaces open, we paid 150 CAD... A complete disaster super disappointed and phone just gone...

Absolute worst quality screen replacement an Apple repairman had ever seen. The phone didn’t last a month after repair without losing all touch from the cheap screen. The inside of the phone was a mess, with spilled alcohol and glue everywhere, completely blinding the read camera. Parts were not even installed correctly. Save yourself the time and money and go to London Drugs next door.

It seemed like a quick and easy transaction. Cell phone case. However the two employees that were on started asking for details, name and phone number which to me seemed normal so they have an account on file however they then asked for more personal information like my IMEI number. Not sure of their intentions and reason for needed it. This made me feel uncomfortable after transaction.
