Robert the owner takes great pride in providing the safest, cleanest and best wash experience for his customers possible. The wash bays are cleaned top to bottom daily as is the rest of the facility. There are two modern bill to coin exchangers which never run out of coins even on the busiest of days and always provide the right change each and every time. The wash equipment is absolutely first rate, soaps are of the highest quality and the wash brushes are replaced regularly. Vacuum machines are super strong and are inspected daily as is the rest of the equipment in this facility. Wash bay floors are heated in the winter to prevent icing even on the coldest of days and their is a new high quality real time video monitoring system to ensure the safety of all customers 24 hours a day. Unlike many other car washes in town the spot free" soft water rinse leaves my cars spotless (yes - even with georgetown's notoriously hard water) without the need to chamois them dry.Put simply there is not another coin based car wash in the entire GTA that can compare to this facility. disgusted! cost me 8 dollars for a car wash! yea i want my money back, you charge 5 bucks for a car wash when your stuff doesn’t work. across the street will get my buisness as they are cheaper for car wash 4 bucks and machines don’t eat my money. guy is a lowlife, he doesn’t return your calls at all. next stop will be the police

I have been to a lot of self wash car washes, and this one is one of the best! Very spacious bays for larger vehicles with really great pressure in the hoses! I happen to have the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was sitting in his truck, watching to make sure everything was working properly. Very kind individual. If it wasn’t so far from home, I would come here more often. Very convenient spot and visible from the street!

East End car wash - your machine took my $20 last weekend. I've left TWO detailed notes in your rusty mailbox pertaining to what/when/where happened and my contact info. My notes have been picked up but I have not heard from you. I left all the info of what your change machine's malfunction was. I've spent enough time on this and want my money back. I also left a message at the time of occurrence at the number on the change machine. Ridiculous please RESPOND.

Inserted 20$ bill in machine nothing comes out. I believe this is the way of stealing people hard earn money.Hence no phone number to reach clearly confirms the idea of stealing money from people.

The coin machine took my 20 dollars and didn't give back a single coin. Very disappointed

As coin ops go, it's definitely better than most. Wash is now $5, but you understand why. Still way better than paying $12-$15 at the gas station. Not their fault, but off-roaders leave muck in the bays.

Waste of money. For the $5 bucks you get 5 minutes but it goes by really fast that you most likely won’t be finished washing your car. And if you think you can rinse fast forget about it. Feels like the shampoo doesn’t come off easy just so it takes more time and you’ll need to buy more time. When the 5 mins was done I had to waste another $5 deposit and it wouldn’t give me change back. I guess maybe you need to add money before your time expires?? I don’t know. But I will never come here again. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go to a regular drive through car wash or buy a car shampoo and clean it properly yourself at home as I will need to wash it again anyway.

Nothing special but the car wash has a lot of space for you to towel dry your car outside the ramp.Be aware that coin vendor in the front of the car wash often malfunctions.
