Absolutely horrendous working with these people. Apparently they are who you deal with if you have insurance with Aviva. They seem to work at their own pace. Claims take forever to be handled because they seem afraid to pressure the other insurance companies for a quick resolution. Unless you have a dash cam or absolute proof to provide them that you are not at fault, then they wash their hands of the situation. Customer Service is a joke. They do not follow up on anything and are very dismissive. You would think they would look to help their customers out as much as possible. STAY AWAY as far as you can!!!

Horrible! Keep getting passed from one adjustor to another for no good reason. 4 months - nothing done yet.

If only I could rate this company less than one star... Got hit by someone driving recklessly in a rental car from Enterprise and was forwarded to them. After initial email I couldn't get a response back from the adjuster for SIX MONTHS. Finally called the manager, who didn't answer, and after a week of not hearing back from him I sent him a nasty email about their service. Next day a new adjuster emailed me to apologize" that my file had been transferred to him 4 months prior and it got lost in his emails.... One month later (8 months total) and I'm still waiting for my claim on my written off vehicle that I am at no fault for... Oh yeah

This is the worst company to deal with. Absolutely horrendous! They never replied back for a claim, and I am now out of pocket to fix my car! Absolutely disgusting service. 7 months and on going! No replies back left several messages. Nothing back! Horrible! This company is an utter And complete joke!! Delay delay delay, is there tactic! So eventually you fix it yourself. Good luck getting an answer back! Because you won’t here back from them. If you do, the reply will be “oh we are backlogged with claims”. What a down right joke thiscompany is!Let’s have an update here. Nov 30th. Received an update they are no longer taking the claim and have closed the case. They are not taking care of the incident that happened last winter!!! We pay tax dollars! And for the city to use you guys what a damn shame! The cities salt trucks damaged my car!! And I am out of pocket to fix it! Extremely unprofessional and disgusting the company and that the city uses your for the services/claims. Shame what shame!Company is a down right joke, and shame on the city for using your services.Good luck getting any claims done. Delay delay delay, and then they tell you good luck Charlie in the end! Expect to pay out of pocket with these guys!

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with so far.. also, Mary Sphere is a lousy adjuster!

Got into an accident mid July 2020. The medical adjuster was amazing. He responded to emails and phone calls immediately. The accident adjuster however was the complete opposite. It took 3 weeks for them to go look at my motorcycle and appraise the damage. Then took another month for her to even contact me regarding the claim. she finally sent me a confirmation email (after I contacted her supervisor and filed a complaint) She called in sick for the next 14 days the next day. Didn't process my.file and left me thinking I was just waiting for my settlement cheque to arrive. After waiting the 14 day waiting period, still no cheque. The supervisor put my info into the system for a direct deposit. (I admit she was trying her hardest to fix the other girls mistake) but again dropped the ball an no deposit. Finally just over 9 weeks later I got my settlement. I will never use Aviva Insurance and hope to never deal with Crawford and Company again. I would rate them with negative stars but it is not possible.

No reception and when leaving a voicemail no one returned my calls over a week after. I called another branch in a different province so someone can relate message and get a call back

Its been more than 2 weeks now since I got in an accident still dont kniw anything about my claim.

Do NOT rely on these people to get you your money back for a claim in any reasonable time frame.You get moved from one case mgr. to another. Until you finally crack and make them move their behinds to get things going. My endeavor has been ongoing since year end 2017 and is only in the resolution stages now, mid-march.... Stay away from Clown-Ford & company.
