Worst insurance service ever and there staff especially Raminder kaur worst person I ever met in my life . I started the policy in April 22 and after 6 days I cancel it due to some personal reason and she told me I will get refund with in next 10 to 15 days but today is January 2023 after approximately 10 months I am not getting my refund and staff is so good that they start ignoring my calls not bother to take them and If I call somebody else in there office they block the number. This type of worst services u r giving to your clients and then u hide certain information also not to share with another person. So disgusting and worst insurance service. I recommend everybody pls don’t ever take there service . Don’t don’t ever . Very very bad people in there staff . I take this service from there office in 190 statesmen drive. Mississauga from two people one is Raminder kaur and another is harpreet kaur mahal . Raminder is so rude and bad person .

My 20 year term life expired and the auto-renewal was 10x the original price (over $500.00). With everything going on,it took me a few months to notice the withdrawals. Personally, I don’t see the customer centered reason for having this as part of the contract instead of having a choice for Customer to renew if they choose, after the term.In 10 or 20 years, which is a long time, life situations can change. I think it'd be hard for many, depending on their situation, to remember the year and month of renewal to enable them to cancel.My heart goes out for those vulnerable people who live paycheque to paycheque or are dealing with other challenges, ending up with a huge amount withdrawn from their account can have great consequences. Please continue your reviews on reputable platforms … lets increase education and awareness.

I wish I can give negative stars for their incomplete and untrue information from their agents. I was scammed and I invested approximately $1000 and I had some issues with the banking and that way I cancelled the policy and they denied me to return the money saying company won't return money, they need customers to invest min 5-10 years. If they return the money now they won't make any profit that was the words of agent. I really need this scammed money back. Please don't break trust, your company will stop growing in no period of time

I have requested a duplicate copy of my policy, it took forever.It's been a few days l am calling their number and l waiting for hours, then they hung up. So it's a scam company, please try to stay away. I have fallen in the trap. Please do not go for this company

the Universal life insurance that they are selling in the market is not even growing, instead the small interest that you gained over the years will be paid out to some incurred charges that they will impost or so cold operating cost. I bought a PROSPERITY UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE TO THEM BUT INSTEAD OF GETTING SOME RETURNS i GAINED MOSTLY NOTHING . ITS BETTER TO PUT MY MONEY IN RESP IN THE BANK, YOU CAN SEE A HIGHER RETURN THAN THIS PROPERITY UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE FOR MY KIDS THAT I BOUGHT SINCE HE WAS A BABY. BE CAREFUL AND THINK TWINCE IF YOU GONNA INVEST IN THIS COMPANY.

I orginally tried to contact my insurance representative but got no where, I called the company directly and got a hold of a customer service representative. She was great she helped me change my account and any concerns I had where taken care of. Great company

Horrific company to deal with. Absolutely no customer service, at all. You sign on the dotted line, give them access to your bank account and then never hear from them when you need them. Can't wait to leave. I'll gladly pay double for my insurance elsewhere, if there is good customer service.

This company is partnered with GREATWAY FINANCIAL who sells UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE as an investment saying its IRP or INSURED RETIREMENT PLAN. The sales process is very deceiving and very expensive. They are selling it to everyone even new born child. I am just wondering why IVARI is allowing GREATWAY FINANCIAL to sale their product like that? Are they not supervising them in any way or make an audit? Very deceiving partnership.
