I had a really good experience buying a new car at Stoneacre Mazda. Richard Toker explained the process of part exchanging my old car thoroughly and was exceptionally helpful when I changed my mind about the model of car I wanted even though he had already ordered one for me. Richard even suggested bringing my dog down to the garage to make sure the boot space was large enough for him! Really grateful for his patience, the professional service received and I am happy that the car I have purchased meets the needs of my family and dogs!

Called in with a query a put our Peugeot boxer van. They dealt with ot in an efficient and friendly manner and are very knowledgable about the van.The only thing preventing it from getting 5 stars is the parking which is quite tight for a car never mind a van .

Absolute disgrace, Took my van here for a manufacturers recall check, and to fix a knocking on my suspension, having had the van all day, I rang late afternoon to find out if they had finished, they said they had fixed the knocking it was a loose heat shield, then they rang back and said it wasn't the heat shield and the van had been 'bottomed out' damaging the suspension.They then sent me a quote for around £1700 to repair steering and suspension- which had no detail as to what they were going to do.I started to smell a rat and ignored the quote whilst I decided what to do.Took my van to a local independent garage near me (Doughty Brooks, Keighley) who got it up on the ramps and within minutes had extracted a rock that was lodged between the anti roll bar and the body, van now drives as it should and they only charged me £20 to fix it.Not only was the Stoneacre experience absolutely dire they also cost my business a lost day of earnings while they did nothing to fix a simple issue on our van, will not recommend this place to anyone.

Great service as always ! Rob the sales/manager was great . Knowledgeable efficient and friendly.No hard sell tactics , genuinely wants the best for the customer. Pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend a visit if your looking for a car .

I have had wonderful customer service from Miles at Stoneacre Halifax. He was friendly and really helped me to feel at ease when trying to find which car to purchase. All of the staff at Stoneacre Halifax were informative and helpful as always and is the place I always go when purchasing a car.

I didn't go in expecting to buy a car but I ended up doing! Fell in love with the new 408 GT and Richard's enthusiam and knowledge about the car was great. I never felt pressured or pushed into buying which is something that always puts me off. Picking up the car was a really nice experience – and we were made to feel special by all the staff. Highly recommended and I adored my new motor – dare i say it, it's nicer than my old BMW!. Cheers guys!
