Great place to find hobby/crafty/dyi stuffThey have a variety of things, and while they were sold out of the pans i wanted- they at least carry them. I will watch for new stock. Lots of sales. Very neat and well organized store. Very helpful cashiers, too!

I had a super-positive experience while shoping there for a large poster-sized picture frame. I came in yesterday and selected a frame, and had a great conversation with the young woman working at the custom framing section. She was a delight to interact with. I got my frame (not custom) and went home. Unfortunately, it fell and broke right after I put it up. It was made from light composite material. After that, I came in yet again today in hopes they would exchange it for a different frame, and they did. I chose a lighter frame than the last as I fear my wall hardware wasn’t adequate, so I went with the lighter frame instead. All went well from start to finish today and yesterday at Surrey Michael’s location. After shopping at their store, I would choose it again ahead of other locations. Thanks to their customer service, I will enjoy coming back.

Make sure you go over the return policy before you buy, they do have a small sign below waist level at the counter. I bought a cricut and apparently you can’t return them, it isn’t working properly, all they tell you call cricut and cricut will call them and let them know how to proceed.

A few things can still be found, but it's less than a quarter of what you would have found some 3 years ago. Empty shelves, few options, complete with disinterested staff. A ghost town. I guess you are better off ordering online...

Lean and easy to find what you needed if crafting is your thing. We went in to look for silver or chrome letters letters and nothing. I did notice the store was clean and friendly staff, just lacking inventory compared to other locations. Many things on clearance and really surprised that stock level was low. We found wooden letters, just only 1/3 of the alphabet.

Decent supplies and pretty big Michael's. Lots of Artists Loft branded stuff. Just gets boring seeing the same stuff is all. But maybe it's just me. Markers always seem sparse and almost like they are never restocked.Things are quite pricey so make sure you use their coupons online.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of craft supplies, artist tools , frames and things I didn’t know they would carry. I received a 30 percent discount from the online site I used towards my purchase, totally impressed with Michaels store and staff.

Michaels is great when you know what you need and where to find it.The caveat: If you need help? In my experience—10 years of coming to this location—employees run and hide when you seek help on the floor.Couldn't find an employee in store to help cut some fabric. Went to the front to get some help and it took so long getting to the front of the line, I gave up on getting any fabric.If you do come across an elusive employee, they're very friendly and usually helpful. It makes it that much more disappointing that they're so hard to find!The one employee that was at the front of the store was very friendly, quick and efficient at scanning things in.No complaints about the quality of service, but I wish staff was easier to find without piling every request on to the poor cashier at the front!
