My list of negatives is long, however, I understand it's the only hotel in a small community and is aging. The owners were kind and friendly but there is no excuse for a dirty room. The bathroom had black hair everywhere and the floor was dirty. One bed had what I can only assume was blood stained sheets on it. I guestioned whether or not the room had actually been cleaned.

This place is terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathtub, there was human feces spread all over the toilet paper holder, the same key opens most of the suites, the shower is ice cold, and the wifi barely works.

Staff woke me up as I was on night shift, no doors latched properly, outrages charges for laundry, not properly furnace controls, I only stay there as the boss gets a good rate, I wouldn’t spend my own money there as Carlyle has actual hotels

Great place to spend the night. Cheap roomsVery very clean. Service is excellent. If your ever passing through but know your going to need a room. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed

It's clean and looks nice. Beds are hard. But if you need a place to sleep and then head out. It's perfectly fine to stay here for a night.

Room was clean enough. Bed was clean (no sign of bed bugs - so that's good I guess), but not very comfortable. The shower wouldn't work at first. Once I got it to work, it never got very warm. At least the room was warm... I don't think I have ever needed to turn the thermostat down in a room before.

Not a bad place for the price, clean sheets and room. The heat was stuck on all night though. I'm sure talking to the front desk they would have been able to suggest something

Fantastic homemade pizza, burgers and soup! Love the beer on tap. Wait staff is awesome, always know us by name and the things we like. Clean, friendly, great for kids, too!

We stayed for 4 nights. The cleaner Michelle worked very hard to accommodate us. The place was very clean and she was very friendly. There was another woman in the office who was rude and lazy. My recommendation. Let the woman in the office go as she is no good for business and let Michelle take over. The place would be a much better off. Note!! When we booked it we were told by the woman in the office that the internet was good, which was important to us, but the whole time we were there the wifi was mostly off. Again when we asked about it the woman in the office was short and rude while Michelle did her best to fix everything.
