I DO NOT recommend using this business. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase and a business owner in my life. We bought our Meridian Pellet Stove from Rodger and have had nothing but problems since a month after we bought it. We have been promised that the stove would be fixed at no cost to us and are still getting jerked around 2 years later and it's still not fixed. Rodger is a good talker though, everything he says sounds good until it comes down to actually getting it done. If your looking for a stove I suggest going elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off.

Rodger is exceptional in the fact he helps his clients without putting any pressure on them. He provides professional input and goes out of his way to help his customers. I have a water access cottage and Rodger completed a WETT certification at a very reasonable cost. Further to this he made important suggestions adding to the safety of our cottage. Thank you Rodger.

An excellent experience with Holden's Hearth at Home. Both Rodger and Krissy were a pleasure to deal with. Response time within an hour with detailed explanation of service and cost. Rodger arrived exactly as scheduled to perform an inspection of our wood stove and issued the WETT Report. Very happy with the service and will use their services again in the future.

We're seniors worried about the rising costs of heating fuel. We approached Holden's Hearth for advice on a wood stove. Rodger helped us through the whole process. Very good people. Cared more about making sure we were OK then the old might dollar. Rodger's a good man. Highly recommended.

First purchase I made when I moved here from the big city was a big wood burning stove from Holden's Hearth. There has been a lot of shortages as we all know, this stove was supposed to take months to get here and Roger had it at my house in under a month. Thanks again.

We purchased our Pacific Energy stove from Hearth At Home and were pleased with the installation and advice we received. We made several attempts to contact the owner or anyone who could help us with some follow-up questions and concerns we had after the installation to no avail. Our voice messages and emails went unanswered, it was as though they went out of business. We were quite dismayed with this company and would be hesitant to recommend them.

Great experience. Holden's Hearth provided all the information when choosing the Woodstove that would work well for us and got the unit up and running. Our cottage is difficult to access, but they had no issues and the did the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!
