Metro Valet Parking

The people in charge of this company are incompetent fools. We contracted them for valet services for our wedding in downtown Detroit more than a year and a half in advance of the event. 2 days prior to the big day they called to inform me that they are not licensed to perform such services in the city of Detroit, and haven't been for 10 years. We were left to scramble and find a replacement service the day before our wedding, which is the absolute last thing you want to be dealing with at that time. Even worse, the replacement service ended up costing nearly twice as much, and they did not provide any compensation other than a refund. Dysfunctional company with uninformed employees. Avoid at all costs.

I had an incident with one of their employees at Empire in Detroit. I really felt like the guy took advantage of me by lying, so I was NOT happy with this company at all. I will say that after speaking with the right person who put me in contact with the Manager, the problem was rectified and a sincere apology given. I hate to feel like someone is taking from me and they made it right! Great company, customer service AND staff. I will not let one bad seed ruin their name! Thank you Metro Valet!

They don’t even deserve 1 star definitely a negative 2000000…. A last minute trip to Detroit in March 2022 cost me 2700 dollars. The car valet damaged my car parking it and are refusing to pay after admitting they were at fault. It is now July and they have been not returning my calls and giving me the run around about getting my door fix. This valet parking coming is a joke. I have kept every text me and Tofail Chowdary and now are looking into legal assistance !!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have parked in the same lot behind my residence for almost twoyears paying monthly. Apparently the ownership changed while I was out of town, but no signage changed and there was no note/ticket or any indication of this change. At 9:26 a.m. on January 4th I received a text message from a friend who also had been paying monthly for the lot saying that the lot had apparently changed ownership and was towing cars. By 9:51 when I went down to pay or move my car, it had already been towed. The owner of the lot was unreachable and refused to rectify the situation by even calling the tow company or explaining why they towed my car without notice.Update: this occurred at Washington and Fort Street. Metro Valet is the name of the lot owner provided by the lot attendants.

Iqbal was amazing. Felt very taken care of and comfortable leaving my vehicle with him company needs to hire more honest people like him instead of the other thieves I’ve had interaction with.

Jakir has taken such good care of me and my car at the American Center. He is always pleasant and is genuinely concerned for my comfort and vehicle. Such a great service to have, made better by an outstanding employee.

Sahajan at metro valet parking was a wonderful parking attendant, very nice, compassionate, thoughtful and helpful with our parking situation for grey ghost! He helped our night go fluently as easy and efficient as possible!Outstanding service! Would recommend!

A last minute trip down to Detroit to spend time with my girl friend while in town. Stopped in at the Siren for the night. The experience with the hotel was easy and accommodating. We were able to get a room, no problem. The reason for this post is to share with you that they have limited parking, and you are more than likely subjected to parking your car with Valet. They use a third party company, Metro Valet Parking"

I had a great experience last week using Metro Valet. I had to share because all of the guys were so kind and hustled (more like ran!) to get us into our cars quickly after our event. There's nothing more annoying than waiting a half hour for your car when you're ready to go! If you are looking to book an event or a business looking for valet services I would highly recommend.

Sharuk and all the guys are really amazing and helpful. We lost our parking ticket at Hotel Indigo and they went out of their way to find our car. Thanks guys we appreciate your service!
