Avenues Sales and Leasing LTD

Purchased a vehicle from this shop about 2 months ago. Vehicle was priced right and coming from a reputable mechanic I figured vehicle was mechanically sound. Shop owner also made me aware that new turbo had been installed. Had the vehicle for a couple days and with less than 100km on it the check engine light comes on. Shop was kind enough to come to my place and repair the vehicle at no cost to me “leak in the purge valve”. Fast forward 2 months and 1500km later the engine misfires and now vehicle is in the shop for repairs. Waiting to hear back on cause and cost. When I contacted avenue sales and leasing to make him aware of issue and to tell him I was disappointed with quality of vehicle sold, hoping he would offer to look at the vehicle or offer advice, I was totally ignored. Only when I later told him I would be leaving a review he decided to text me back to tell me that this should be expected when buying a used vehicle and that if I was to leave a negative review he might seek legal action. YIKES. Tread lightly when considering purchasing a vehicle from this place. Shop is now in Kanata, use to be on Richmond rd I should of read the YELP reviews before buying a car from these guys.Update: vehicle just came back from Rodgers Performance and turbo that was installed 1500 km ago by Avenue Sales and Leasing is failing and needs to be replaced. Yay!!!*sarcasm

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Wagon from Avenues sales and leasing .Iam a single mom of 3 and was having a hard time finding financing to suite my budget .I found Avenues sales threw the Internet and made an appointment to meet Joe the owner .After explaining my issue with Joe he went to work finding a lender to suit my financial situation,and with in 1 day got approved for a rate lower than I expected .I am now a proud owner of a VW wagon and have a safe car for my 3 kids.
