My wife and I were so happy with the service we received at this location. Rory went above and beyond to make sure that we received a great deal on our phones and mobile service. Eli was very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. After receiving bad service with our previous mobile provider, this was a refreshing change.

The service is always amazing at this storeI just got off the phone with Rory.., I didn't have a receipt for a JBL speaker that is under warranty... Over the phone he found my receipt in his system and emailed me... The whole process took 4 minutesI now have a receipt so my son can return it to the store in BurnabySo helpful thank you Rory and thank you Source KelownaYou make owning electronics easy compared to any other store brand

I happened to be at Orchard Park Mall and thought I would stop at The Source to see if they had in stock the new Samsung Galaxy z 4 Fold cell phone. I have been pursuing this phone and London Drugs, Visions and Best Buy did not have stock, I was told it would have to be special ordered and would take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to get in.NOT ,,, according to DAVE, Sources Sales Associate

Very helpful staff.They installed a screen protector on my pixel phone for me.They did so right away and the lady working there was polite.The store is well laid out and has decent variety.The prices are competitive.Sometimes they have good sales.

It is becoming more difficult to get good customer service. I commend Rory and Jen for their help and patience today. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

BLAKE = Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna.I just have to share what an extraordinary experience I had at the Source.I went in to do research and left feeling grateful for the best customer service and sales experience I have ever had purchasing my laptop and phone.I have taught customer service and sales for 30 years and have never had such a positive experience, ever!It was Blake that provided outstanding service. He asked the precise questions and the right time that supported me to make each decision easily. He was respectful, kind and gracious in the process. He listened intently to each question I asked and answered them truthfully and directly. I trusted him completely.Never once, not a moment did I feel pressured or pushed to make a choice.I did not even plan to buy a new Mac laptop that day or a new phone. Nathan was very helpful. He was taking care of everyone’s needs. while other people that were on the floor we’re just standing there not really doing much. Nathan really took control over the situation and had everyone helped out. Nathan is number one in my heart today.

The workers here are amazing and care about getting you the best deal. They have repeatedly helped me out and gave great advice. I have bought all my music supplies from them and will continue to do so.
