Rented a skid steer for one day on Saturday Oct 3rd. Ryan quoted me $600 including taxes. I mentioned to Ryan that I had no way to put diesel fuel in the machine. He told me face to face not to worry about the fuel. Now he called me to give the deposit back on card and told me he had to charge me $41.00 for fuel. I said to him, we had this conversation and you told me not to worry about it. No charge.Now they want to charge me for the fuel.i SAID YOU TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE FUEL . His response is his boss is mad with him.THEY DO not KEEP THEIR WORD!!I will NEVER use this company again and will tell any one who will listen NOT to go their. They will OVER CHARGE .very unhappy Former client.i WAS UN ABLE TO GIVE NO STARS, so I had to give one. This was too many!!Received a call from manager, saying they are sorry for not keeping their word. Much appreciated. Tip of the day. Keep your word!!

The last time I rented from them the compressor they gave me did not work. I placed an order two weeks ago, was told the order would be processed and I just needed to make a payment before it was delivered to site. During a snow storm on Monday I could not get there and called them, they then said I could make the payment at any Battlfield location and confirmed the rental. I sent one of my staff to the Toronto location on Friday morning to pay for the rental. I was then told on Friday afternoon that the machine would be returned to the Burlington location at 4:00 so they could not deliver it, sorry. They are in the service business but you would never know it.

I rented a skidsteer last week. It arrived on time and at the proper location. Driver was great he was quick and efficient. No hassel. I was very impressed.
