Its a good place to work staff is encouraging and supportive. Also they motivate you always to work well. Everyone has different experiences, mine is good. also every department has their extension so they pick up calls or even is miss calls always try to help by leaving voicemail for customers. Since its healthcare and they work for LIHN so healthcare pharmacy and your busy , but it helps you multitask. I would appreciate and highly recommend it to new people trying for entry level roles

I recently had the pleasure of meeting John, from Louisiana & other members of the pharmacy team @ the MS 5K walk in Mississauga, ON. I also had a positive experience with their drug Fampyra. It enabled me to continue in my career as an ER RN. Sadly when my insurance was no longer valid I wasn’t able to continue on the med due to the high cost, and it’s not covered under the Trillium Drug Program. A barrier to a large proportion of MS patients.

Bayshore ships diabetic strips which have about 1 or 3 months to expire. This business pushes near to expiring diabetic test strips to customers who order online because we can't check the expiry while ordering online.I suggest anyone buying diabetic strips online from this business to avoid doing so. Totally unprofessional service. Sent me near expiring diabetic strips twice!! No refunds, nothing. So disputing it with my card provider and also reporting to Health Canada to check them for pushing expiring strips to customers.

I can never reach anyone and when I do connect with someone, they keep transferring my call to 3-4 different departments. I can never reach the case worker who was assigned to help me. She may or may not return my call. Bayshore sent me the wrong biologic last week and thank goodness I noticed it before my injections. This type of mistake is unacceptable. I called Bayshore to let them know and they were not apologetic or even concerned I received the wrong biologic. One of the pharmacist said we will get back to you. One week later, I receive a call back. I’m writing this for everyone to be mindful of the biologic or any other medication you receive from Bayshore Pharmacy. Their is no professionalism in their customer service (it’s terrible). I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. If you have a choice, choose a more reliable and professional pharmacy that cares about their patients well being and health.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, I have received over the last 3 weeks of placing my first order.I have had two issues with my order/insurance company without hearing a word from Bayshore. After I called and spent my work time on hold, I was informed that there was an issue, I informed the individual on the line that all issues and order confirmations are to be e-mailed directly to myself or updated on my online account. Without hearing anything from Bayshore, I called following the 2-3 shipping days had passed, and another associate said there were outstanding balances. Which I had not been contacted about. My 3 business days have turned into 3 weeks and I have still not received my order, any compensation, and the company has not made any effort to e-mail order invoices, tracking numbers or receipts of any kind. This so called, easy online ordering, has turned into a complete nightmare.If I hadn't had a back up machine, I would have been out of luck.

This pharmacy is indeed very busy because they are the main provider of medical supplies for complex patients needing home care nursing. They deliver IV supplies, pumps, feeding bags, wound care and more. I live 2 hours north and they always get my deliveries to me on time, even in poor weather.

I somehow found this companies website and thought I’d give it a try. My father is diabetic and even after transferring to different pharmacies, when we show up to pick up his insulin they never have it and we have to come back. Comparing the price and the effort of our regular pharmacist and the simple emails sent with this company, I’ll definitely order from this company again. Anything on this site seems to be cheaper and sometimes not by much but it still matters when you have to pay for your medication out of pocket. In February I sent in an email inquiring how the delivery process of insulin worked, I received an email back the same day and it was extremely informative. I placed my first order of two types of insulin and blood testing strips 2 days ago, received an email from the pharmacist the same day(because it was my first order they wanted to make sure it was all correct), I was only able to reply the next day but the next thing I knew, I had an email confirmation stating that my order has been shipped. I received the insulin today in a box that specifies that the package is to be handled with care and needs to be refrigerated and the insulin in a sort of tin foil bubble wrap envelope that also had gel ice packs to keep it all cold until I was able to pick it up at my concierge and bring it up to my condo unit. I am by far baffled at how easy this company has made it for me to obtain the medication that my father is dependent on. I truly appreciate the great customer service and how much care they took with my order. I do see a lot of one star reviews but I was extremely pleased. I hope this review helps someone.

This place is a Very BAD place to work. My wife was really working hard for one of the top selling project. Sometimes, she was not even able to speak in the evening.(even cried sometime due to too much work)she asked for help and they gave nothing. They gave her 1 increase and make a fun of her. She was doing more than 70calls and while other doing less than 20. Do you think it's fair? Before a month she applied for a position(they even discuss salary) and bcz of bad manager , they didn't hire her internally. Manager even stop talking with her. Very unprofessional and unrealistic. I wonder why they are not even encouraging people to apply internally. Do you people think that, moving internally and growing your career is a bad thing? She was really upset. Do you want employees to stay with their current role forever? Even if they are working hard? Grow up please. I hate this department and this manager literally! God is watching everyone.. your turn will come..
