Thank you Craig for a professional service with a friendly touch. He gave me great advice on how to look after my wood burner and how to burn correctly to maintain the life of the flue.I was expecting a lot of mess and went to a lot of trouble covering seats, sideboards etc., but I didn’t need to worry as Craig was incredibly clean and tidy. Excellent service - we have tried a few chimney sweeps but Craig is by far the best we have used. Polite, considerate and did his utmost to offer the best service he could. Gave me lots of advice on how to get the best out of my wood burner and how to make it draw well. He left the wood burner looking like new! I would highly recommend him.

Craig did a first class job on our 2 multi-fuel stoves. It really helped us that he was able to do an evening on a week night as this kept our time free on weekends. He is clearly passionate about his work and has a great knowledge base as effective cleaning and verification process. We will be using him again most definitely.

Craig made a very thorough job of cleaning my flu liner. I didn't think it would be to bad but he got lots of soot down and then checked it with his camera. Great job and very friendly with good useful advice. Recommended.

Craig did a great job of cleaning our chimney. He was extremely knowledgable, thoroughly clean and good value. Also he had a stock of Carbon Monoxide alarms in his van for sale.

Just moved into a new home and wanted to have the chimney cleaned, was recommended this company by a friend. They turned up and started cleaning the wood burner, turns out I couldn’t use it due to poor installation, however the service was very professional, and they gave me lots of advise on how to proceed with the wood burner. Would certainly use them again and will recommend to friends
