I am a regular with Decathalon but this store at Scarborough Town centre is extra special. The staff takes the top spot in customer handling. I wanted an exchange and the 2 young ladies in the store Adeline and Puja were at their best to ensure that I get the merchandise I wanted. This level of service is unmatched and the reason you have loyal customers for life.

Even though much much smaller than it’s standard store, still found the best travel backpack I ever had (made by Quechua).Staff team were cheerful as they opened up at 10am! Justin was great help, wonderful.

I went here to buy swimming gear. Store was clean and well organized. I’m a beginner and I had lots of questions. The customer service associate named Mitt was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and explained everything. I am happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this store.

I recently purchased a round net from Decathlon, but unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with their sales team when trying to return it. After playing with the net just once, I decided it wasn't for me and attempted to return it for a refund. However, I was met with resistance from the sales team on April 22, who claimed there were scratches on the frame that made it ineligible for a refund.I pointed out that these scratches were present even on a brand new round net. And we even toke a new one to compare with the one I trying to return, but it still took some convincing to get the sales team to agree to the refund. While I was ultimately able to return the net, this experience has definitely decreased my loyalty to Decathlon as a customer. I feel that their sales team was not willing to work with me to ensure a smooth return process, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that in the future, Decathlon can work to improve their customer service and make the return process more seamless

My go to place for sports accessories. You could literally find them at very affordable prices and of great quality. The service was very quick and very helpful. Kudos to Kritika!!! She was very sweet and helped me quickly. I really appreciate her patience and kindness to everyone around.

The bike technician team is amazing. They are knowledgeable, very polite and helpful.Unfortunately, I don't remember the technician name who put aside a left crank arm for me as they had an extra so that I don't need to buy a new one and pay for the part. Thank you :)However, after I dropped off my bike for repair technician Andrew, who fixed and tuned up my bike, was able to repair the original part, there was no need to replace a new one. Thank you for the service and for answering all my questions.

2022 July 3.5★Located in the lower floor of Scarborough town center, you'll find this smaller version of their larger store in Vaughan.While this is a much smaller footprint, they do have some good selection of gear.Personally, the store should rotate their stock given it's size and focus on what's popular in the area and the proximity to the fact there's a beach not too far south.They had way too many inline skates, but they didn't have a larger selection of water sports... Had a hand floation board used for swimming, a stand up paddle board, but no body board.Given it's size, it should be made more tight with the displays and more variety of products. Sure it can be shipped, but who wants to wait for having fun?Though happy with the service. Staff is helpful.
