My experience with Pro Balance Orthotics was excellent. I first had a phone consultation before scheduling the in-person appointment. For the appointment, Aaron took a 3D scan of my feet and assessed how I walk. He gave detailed explanations and made the process very transparent. It was efficient and all done within 30 minutes. I received my custom insoles 2 weeks later. They are currently operating a mobile service meaning appointments are at the comfort of your own home.It’s been 1 week of using my insoles and I am happy to say that walking has been significantly less painful than before. Thank you Aaron and Pro Balance Orthotics team!

Stephan was great! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He even took a bunch of time to talk to my sister about her gait and her feet even though it wasn’t her appointment. He did a home visit and was so generous with his time and his knowledge. I haven’t thought much about my orthotics over the past year since adjusting to them, which tells me they’re just doing their job without any fuss, which is what you want! I'll definitely be going back for another pair.

I had such a great experience with Pro Balance & Stephan. I absolutely love their approach with house calls, like I can't believe I didn't have to go anywhere! I put off getting orthotics done for soooo long, and now I have inserts and socks that I've knocked off my to-do list. The scanning process is really cool, and Stephan was so professional and warm during our assessments. Really set me up for success in the future with a lot of best practices for my resulting items. They're really courteous, communicative, and dedicated to their craft! HIGHLY recommend.

The fact that I never had to leave my house (Stephan comes to you!) and the insurance coverage guarantee make this place the best by far alone. Aside from all of that though, I’ve had many different orthotics over the years and can honestly say this experience was the best. Stephan is super knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything from my gait analysis to the construction of the orthotics. They use state of the art technology to do the biomechanical assessment and the orthotics are well-constructed and have helped eliminate my pain. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Stephen was great - both professional and excellent service! This was the first time getting orthotics and Stephen was so thorough in explaining exactly what I need and how it will help. Stephan was a pleasure to work with, and made me great quality Orthodics! I loved that he was able to come to me for the fitting too, it was a very convenient process. It took me a little while to work the orthodics in, but I found wearing them in my slippers around the house first really helpful before wearing them in my boots, and now I find I can go for much longer walks where my feet don’t hurt and I’m standing straighter. So far so good!Thanks Stephan:)
