Had a great experience at this branch overall. The reason for not giving a 5 star? Need better hours!TD across the street opens until 6 pm. Come on BMO, you can do better than closing at 4 pm everyday..!

I owed $1.35 on my LOC (due to interest charges). BMO reported it as a charge off" so it remained on my credit bureau FOR 10 YEARS!!Way to go BMO."

Terrible hours. You can't bank if you work a 9-5. Also, try calling airmiles and see how long it takes to get them on the phone. I gave up and my miles expired. Cheers BMO

Never answer a phone or get back to you in a timely fashion.. I was juggling the main BMO branch, phoning Australia middle of their night and a person in Vancouver before I had to call them a second time 4 hours lster for answers.
