Don't bother, I would give this zero stars if I could. Completely useless shop staff, once you are out the door you are old news. When I left the dealership with my truck to head back to the Okanagan, none of the signals or taillights worked and was forced to fix them on the side of the Coquihalla. They blatantly botched the install of my flat-deck setting it right to the frame so my deck sat 4 inches off the top of my rear tires, preventing me from the ability to tow anything in my F350. When I brought this up with them and drove back to Abbotsford they simply said we just install what we are given" and preceded to show me a current install with the deck blocked up to avoid this issue. They told me to come back so they could fix it at a cost plus rate and took ZERO accountability for this obvious oversight. I have had to take this deck to my mechanic and pay him to fix this issue. Save your money and go to any other establishment than this one."
