This is not a bank, is not safe, not professional at all , they are not able to verified a false check even after 2 weeks. Service is mediocre. Shame !! Your customer service is 0, to write to your bank is like I would talk alone. I contacted your bank and I was switched from one side to other many times. I lost a lot of money with you. I would not recommend this bank to nobody.

The National bank is the worst bank. Two weeks ago, without any warning, the bank froze my online account. I've called many times to try and resolve the issue, but no one answers the phone. Worse yet, when I call the call center, they tell me that I have to call the branch. But the branch never answers the phone. I called my old branch and they sent an email to the Place-D'armes branch, and still no answer. I feel like I'm now an employee of the National bank, doing their work for them. The worse part is that I just want to unlock my account so that I can pay my credit card... that is with the National bank. Never ever ever ever do business with NBC. I will change banks as soon as humanly possible.

Zero customer service. Answer the phone!!!! Everytime I call it's an expected wait time of an hour. Maybe you should look into that. Looking at the reviews it seems to be a common complaint for sometime now.

The staff try their best to serve clients needs and explain everything . They are very patient and helpful in clarifying banking matters.

Worst bank ever! The best answer that they can give to a customer is .... WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING.... and best thing that they can do, is withdrawing money for all kinds of service charges. Please don't go to this bank, you will be super frustrated for small things that any other bank and help you.

Very thankful for the agent that reached out to me to ask if I made a purchase in another city and to confirm if I had my credit card with me. Thanks to him I noticed my wallet was stolen.
