I was a regular customer until recently. The staff are rude, have little to no customer service at all. Hardly care for customer needs or wants. Since the previous owners sold, the new people working constantly mess up my order. The last 3 times I went, I had the worst stomach issues, and yes I had discharge" if you'd like to call it that. No it wasn't vomit. If you buy a chicken sandwich

Not happy with my meal . I was there 30 mins ago i ordered CB uncle and Fries . The burger was not fresh and looked it was kept for hours there burnt and pluse they didn’t put any Ketchup in the bag . Not happy .

Food was ok, im more annoyed withhow filthy the tables were...honestly i feel like eating on the floor would have been cleaner. Im currently here watching the staff just hangin out...gross, makes you wonder how clean the back is where customers cant see

I ordered a breakfast sandwich that they had to make fresh because it was later in the evening. The sausage was burnt and like cardboard so I asked for another, I got the exact same burnt dried up thing. What is with it? I am not used to getting such awful food from a&w.

Slow service. I order through skip delivery and I pick it up by myself. I order at 10:20 am. I arrvie like 12:30. They said they have to follow on skip say it will be ready 10:55. I think that’s ridiculous. They could make it early.there’s no one customer come.

The staff is so rude cant even smile to the costumer. Just asking for a wet cloth to wioe their tables coz it's absolutely dirty and gave you the towel like they want to throw it on your face...not coming back again...

The food is good, and what you would expect from other locations in the franchise. The service was really slow. I waited 15 minutes for my food. I'm not sure if this is due to it being in the mall or perhaps trainees, but I was among 3 other sets of customers who had long waits. That said, staff brought our food to our seats which was appreciated.

Order buddie burgers with cheese because I enjoy the onions on the burger. Too bad all the onions were charred black. Not to sure why anyone would proceed to put black onions on the burger. Will not be going to this location again. Might be a while before I got to anw again

I went here today for lunch, the lady that served me was very nice, and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Chicken, Bacon, and Swiss sandwich, some curly fries, and gravy. The sandwich was tasty the chicken tender and battered perfectly. The curly fries were nice and crispy and went perfect with gravy. I recommend this sandwich if you like chicken sandwiches. I'd definitely order the same again.
