CrossFit Steinbach

I joined CrossFit Steinbach in September hoping to work on getting stronger as I age. Five months in and I’m realizing I’m stronger than I thought I was! Excellent coaches. Encouraging members. I look forward to my workouts.p.s. I’m 61 so age is not an excuse or limitation!

I’ve been looking for years into getting back in shape ! I tried to go to normal gym without any knowledge of training! And it wasn’t a good fit for me ! Wasn’t feeling at my place between those douche bag on steroids! I needed something with a friendly approach! I always thought that CrossFit was only for Elite athletes but I was so wrong !I gave a shout to steinbach CrossFit and I felt in love with the place , the coach and all the members that make this place like your own family !I would recommend this place to anyone who want to feel better !Thanks steinbach CrossFit

What can I say?! I made the decision to get fitter and stronger in 2022. I find the whole gym thing very daunting, but having promised myself I'd get healthier I contacted/ visited all of the gyms in the area and found myself feeling like I was making a huge mistake. That was until I spoke with Colin at Cross fit Steinbach, and my whole world changed. This is by far the best thing I have ever done. I've just completed 12 weeks, and in that time I have lost weight and I am considerably fitter and stronger. Every coach here is awesome and very approachable. I ask so many questions and they always help. The members also make this an awesome place to go to! They are very welcoming, helpful, and have been through it all themselves. If you are serious about doing exercise and getting fitter and stronger, DO NOT hesitate to check this place out. I wish I had done this years ago!

It might not be for everyone, but it’s the best place I can be right now. I have never felt like I was part of a community like I do at this gym. People are missed when they move on or stop coming, but if they come back, it’s like they never left. It’s my favourite.

I’ve been a member on and off since fall 2015 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This gym is inclusive and welcoming to all people.It doesn’t matter your fitness level, size or age, there is always a way to challenge and improve yourself within your limitations and the coaches are great at helping you with this.At CF Steinbach, the coaches work with you in small groups and help you through the workouts to make sure you are safe, progressing AND bettering yourself.the members are just as great! Everyone is working together, encouraging and most important for me, non judgmental!Couldn’t ask for a better group of people, coaches and environment to exercise with.

After my kids, I was looking for something that would get me out of the house and back on a more active lifestyle. I was pleased with CrossFit Steinbach. I've found a passion, a family that share the same healthy choice, a place to relieve stress and to go beyond my limits. I recommend this place to anyone, I love it!
