So happy we made the call, approaching this as first time home owners, we were really unsure who to call. Call Vitaly. He's punctual and polite, was thorough and knowledgeable. Although our appliance could not be repaired he gave us some great tips towards our new appliance purchase. We would absolutely recommend him, and would call him again if we had any appliance concerns. Also, he has a portable payment machine, for debit and credit card payment on the spot, and he provides a receipt as well. Thanks for your help Vitaly!

Our 4 year old Maytag dishwasher touch panel was no longer responding. The technician looked at it and tried to fix it but nothing worked (from what i read online Maytag touch panel are a big issue and we are lucky that it lasted 4 years). when he went to order a replacement part, he said the were discountinued. He was able to find one and received it very quickly. now that the new touch panel has been installed, our dishwasher is working again. The technician was very polite, nice and efficiant. I would recommend them and use them again.

My freezer was leaking water, I called several repair companies and appfix was the only company in Barrie that would pick up the phone. He explained it's a very common problem, he showed up on time and had it fixed in an hour. I was very happy with his service and I'll be using appfix in the future.

Feb 23 2016I wake up at 430 am to see a huge puddle in front of my dishwasher. So I go to google and find Appfix Inc. After reading the reviews and calling them so early in the morning they had a technician out to my home at the time I requested. When the technician got to my home he was vary professional,kind and took the time to go over every possible solution to find the leak. Know all works like new. Thank you VitalyWould use company again if needed.

Great technician! He came the same day and was very courteous. Unfortunately, our dishwasher wasn't worth repairing, but he explained exactly what the problem was and why it would better to replace it (and go with a different brand).

My Whirlpool front loading washer would not drain and spin. I called and got an appointment for the next morning.Vitaly showed up promptly at 8am. Assessed and fixed problem in 35 min. Even showed me how to check it myself in case it happens again.Very thorough, nice and friendly and professional. Thought price was fair as well.Would recommend for sure!!

Wonderful experience! Had our 2 year old dryer stop blowing heat and repaired in May 2016. Technician explained everything very well and explained that there were 2 solutions. He mentioned that he was trying the first to help save some costs for us and if it failed to call him back. Well, unfortunately, it did fail now in July 2016. The technician came back same day of call (even after hours) and fixed the dryer with the second solution. Great service and would completely recommend to anyone looking for an honest, hard working and overall nice guy!

I called this company to fix my 2 year old GE refrigerator in my rental property.Water was dripping from top of inside the refrigerator.It is simple refrigerator that consists of 1 top freezer and 1 bottom cooler. There's no water dispenser nor ice maker. So I thought the problem is very simple & straightforward.Booking a service call was pretty decent. But all the good impression about their service ends there.A male-technician came to my place and diagnosed it quickly once my tenant explained the issue. He opened the panel inside of the top freezer.The area was frozen and there was some ice around the evaporator.He told me that I didn't need to replace any parts and that sounded good to me.But he asked me $320+HST for his labour. He said he will make sure that if it drains well and if all the parts working in order. He added that he would give me an warranty for the same problem once it is repaired. I couldn't understand why it was so expensive when there is no need to replace any part and it is not a complicated and/or time consuming work. He told me that parts were not expensive, the labour was expensive.But I thought it is too expensive. But he insisted the price. He told me that any other company would ask same and he had another service call so he was okay if I didn't accept the price. I was so pissed off by his attitude. I felt like he was saying You don't agree the price? Fine

Thank you for fast response! My Maytag washer was leaking on the apartment floor. Tech came 3 hours after I called and solved the problem in 25 minutes. Definitely recommend to everyone

Great service on my fridge. Only one part available in Ontario and Vitaly found it. Was at my house within 45 minutes of receiving it. Prompt, courteous and professional service. We highly recommend APPFIX.
