TWINE x TWIG

When I lived in Lindsay, the only person I would order a bouquet from was Ali. So when it came to my wedding day (in Toronto) I of course I was going to do the same thing. I was so happy with all the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages.

Beautiful flowers delivered to my mom. Ordered them from Florida and you never know what they look like but pictures after delivery looked amazing!

My sister purchased an expensive succulent arrangement that she and I split on as a gift. Unfortunately we got a call from the recipient of the succulent arrangement to let us know that all the roots were rotten from over watering and the plants were basically sitting on top of the soil. It was just a matter of time before the actual plants died as they were not rooted in. The recipient threw the arrangement out into the compost but wanted to let us know. She lives 4 hours away so it was not possible to retrieve the arrangement. When my sister went back in to Twine and Twig and the two girls (owners) made her explain the story twice only to be told that they don’t have a refund policy and then the one girl looked at the other girl and rolled her eyes thinking that my sister could not see her. My sister was so disgusted at the mocking that she left the store. I would not recommend this store as the treatment of their customers is terrible and they do not sell quality product nor do they stand behind their product. My go to place will always be either Hills Florist or Kent Florist. Service from these shops is better and they stand behind their products

My new favorite florist. As soon as you step inside you will see how artistic everything looks. Somebody has real flair. Bought some lovely healthy plants.

Go to spot in Lindsay for gifts for my Mom/Girlfriend. Dried flower bouquets are really really nice and we still have one as decoration in our home a year later. Highly recommended.

Not only does Ali have an artistic eye but she is an amazing, caring person. If you want a unique plant, bouquet or gift or even help deciding which plant to put where in your home/office- this is the place to go!!!
