This place is located right on trafalgar close to the intersection. Its a hit and miss hidden driveway but yes lots of parking. Our family doctor is DR. Mariam Tarique and my family is with same from last 3 years. Our experience is the best. Moreover, if in case family doctor was not their to accommodate the appointment day or timmings. We have taken care from other doctors and trust me its like family place with better care. I would suggest halton people if you are new to halton or planing to switch to new family doctor. I highly recommend you.They also have newly openned pharmacy and they also do COVID travel test staff was super helpful and she knows what she is doing.

Our family have been with the clinic for almost a year. Doctor Ali is okay, but the receptionist is super rude. My husband tried to book an appointment but she kept interrupting without listening to him, she put him on hold for 10 minutes (why did it take that long to find an available slot), she refused to answer my husband's question and hung up on him abruptly (to quote her I gave you the appointment already")."

They accommodated us last minute on a Saturday afternoon closing time. The receptionist Amar was very nice to deal with and ensured we got to see the Dr. as soon as possible. Dr Zohair was very gentle while dealing with my 5 yr old son and thoroughly examined him.

Dr.Ali is professional and caring. She listens and follows up with her patients in a timely manner. I am grateful to have found this clinic with newly opened pharmacy attached. The pharmacy provided quick and efficient service. The pharmacist was super helpful. Overall, a friendly team in a great location. They are accepting new patients.

This is a wonderful clinic with very efficient doctors and staff! I am fortunate to have been paired with Dr. Ali, which I highly recommend! She really is amazing and takes great care in her patients. Really good clinic for family and kids but most importantly it’s a safe environment for women/women’s health. The reception team works hard and have improved their services over the last few months. Everyone is courteous and provides an abundance of information. There is a 5-star pharmacy attached to this clinic as well, with wheelchair accessibility.

Honestly if i could rate this clinic no stars i definitely would. from the first time i called this place to book a phone call appointment up until the 5th time i called because they’d keep booking me in and nobody would ever call me back. The wait times are atrocious (more than 15 mins on hold). granted the first time i called the receptionist she admitted to the fact that she messed up and put me in for an in person appointment but what is the reason for 4 apppointments made with no calls after that one? There was no point in taking time out of my week to keep calling back just to receive no phone call or any follow up from this clinic. Worst experience i think i’ve ever had with a walk in clinic. Save your time guys.

Update: 12/23Seriously they are a bunch of folks who doesn’t even know what a front office is. I’m literally short of words to express my disappointment. Every time I call them end up getting new disappointment.How difficult is it to get a simple refill prescription… but the front office know very well… how to fail on that too. If I ever need to make a case study on how not to operate front office, I know where to go. I wish someone from their office reads it and feels it.Office staff : honestly they don’t know what is customer service. They need to under go training to learn how to deal with patients, how to follow up with patients once clinic receives the results back. In my opinion, in present situation they are incompetent to deal with patients and their data.—-Updating my review:I received a call from Manager at My choice health services and the manager collected all the details about my experience. And has promised to work towards ensuring that my experience and other patients improve.Good to see that their office is reading customer reviews and working towards improving the overall process and customer experience.Thanks.

Was given the number for this office as a place who maybe accepting patients as it is new from another doctors office. But phone number sounds like someone’s private cellphone and not a medical office it just says ‘voicemail is full and disconnects the line’ there is pretty much no way to reach the office to make any appointments or god forbid resolve any issues should anything arise if you were a patient here.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaur! She is attentive and very kind. In my prior experience with family doctors, I’ve always been rushed out and felt as if I wasn’t cared for. I cannot say this about my experience with the My Choice Health Services clinic and Dr. Kaur.

I went as an emergency walk in with my 3 year old son. Dr.Ali was wonderful. She was empathetic, thorough and explained everything clearly. She was kind enough to also keep him for observation 30 mins after closing time while his medication took effect. She also helped expedite his x rays. The pharmacist, Aisha, was also extremely helpful and patient focused and didn’t mind staying past closing to help.I am very grateful I got her help at a stressful time
