TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst TD branch. The wait is very long. The branch floor manager lady is very rude. I was asking her if anything can be done to speed the services, she kept rolling her eyes and don’t want listen.

Can’t get service from Irene Skoulakis as she doesn’t bother calling back customers who leave her voice mail messages. Based on the last negative review of her, it looks like she’s getting quite a bad reputation for being incompetent. Do your job lady!

Left them a clear voicemail in regards to a mistake on a transaction done at this branch. Recording said I would be called back before the end of the day or the next business day..... 4 days later.....nothing... Still waiting

No sensitivity. Very unknowlegeable and unhelpful. Had an appointment at 1 and ended up going in at 2. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Disappointed with the service. Call the customer service, theyre more helpful.

This branch offers a very bad service. I was having issues with my business account and never had a proper answer why. Finally I got an appointment with a man name Ibrahim who filled up bunch of documents and told me that I will have an answer between 48h if not to call him. I called him 6 times and left 6 voice mails. I never got a call back it’s been 1 month now. RBC did the same thing he was supposed to do in exactly 1h. This branch doesn’t care about the client neither have any knowledge in banking. I highly recommend every business owner to switch and go to RBC where they respect the clients and know what their are doing.

Every time I visited this branch, those working in offices are rude and loud, especially the female manager. Everyone could hear how they would treat their clients. It is a very hostile and agressive environment. I do not know how the staff behind the cash counters work there. Dealt with them due to a friend working at that branch as a mortgage specialist but I am done. Just got hanged up on because I asked the lady answering the call to speak calmly as I couldn't understand what she was saying. The branch needs to get their act together. Treat people with respect and dignity. Your current poor customer service culture and lack of leadership is simply not acceptable for the kind of institution you serve. Remember that your income comes from the money you make from your clients, small or big. Not the other way around.

Stay away from this branch!! I am 62 years old, and I have been a customer with TD for about 25 years, On February 23rd ,2022 was the worst experience in my life, I had an appointment with (Irene Skoulakis) at 17:00 to purchase RRSP at my presence she denied the appointment with the excuse that I do not have a confirmation number!!!! I told her, since you are the one who called me 2 weeks ago to give this appointment without even mentioning a confirmation, then you have a problem!!!, as I was showing her my incoming phone calls history as a proof that she is the one who called , then her co-worker intervened and he yield at me “ you do not have a confirmation number!!and he started to intimidate me to the point ((he raised his hand on me!!!)) then he pointed to the door and told me” go out” ! I replied, just give me your Business Card and I am out of here !! at this point his boss came in and she pushed him back to his office!!!!!

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this branch. A bunch of incompetent people judging clients by the way they look. WOW TD!

Very unprofessional! I took an appointment they rescheduled then cancelled, then rescheduled again and then cancelled again at last minute. They treat customers very poorly. TD service has gone downhill it's very disappointing.
