New Brunswick Motor Vehicle

This place hurts my soul, every negative review is legitimate cause Ive had the same issues as all of them.

The guy at reception is extremely rude, once you make it by him the other employees were awesome and knowledgeable

Horrible experience. Horrible people. No one wants to help. Trying to register a vehicle for a month now. I work 9-4:30, Guess what their hours of operation are? 10-4. I have to take time off from work to go pay RED BOOK VALUE" for a car I paid 1200$ for?!?!?!?!?!? Theft. You are taxing a vehicle that has already had taxes collected on it during the original sale. But that's not even the issue here! The person on the info line that was to book my appointment said that I needed my drivers licence

I expected a wait time but standing in a lineup outside for over 2 hours and nowhere for a person with disability to sit. But once inside was quick and staff are super friendly and taking all covid precautions to keep us safe.

Terrible,all this paperwork just to write your beginners ...Wait in a huge line up to get some cranky woman turning you away and very rude, unprofessional!!! Doesn't deserve one star...Lol.... Terrible service!!!

Its a shame Google won't let me give it a zero star rating.First off, NEVER call their call center for information prior to going to the location. Calling there will only give you the person on the phones idea of what paperwork will be needed. Once you get down there in person they will tell you the person on the phone was wrong, and its okay because everyone makes mistakes. Secondly, make sure you deal with the same person every time you go in. Each staff member has their own requirements of what paperwork is needed. One member might send you away to get a certain document, and when you get back the next person will tell you it was unnecessary.If you don't like the answer you were given, leave and come back you'll get a different one.Worst company in New Brunswick to deal with. I have pity for anyone that has to deal with this company, let alone this location.

Was scared to go at first after reading the reviews, but once there everything went smooth and everyone was helpful and smiling (even for a busy Saturday morning). So, I'm happy with my experience here so far!

All services in this province are atleast 15yrs behind the rest of the country. Staff have toxic attitudes and it shows . Worst experience in every aspect .

Under staffed... Long waits. Professional and courteous staff.

Wheel chair accessible. Kind staff help me to get my regeneration set up
