Dr. Loren J Kroetsch

I was pretty stressed walking into the dental clinic but once I was in I started to relax. The waiting area is spacious with lots of leather chairs and sofas and the staff were friendly. The paperwork was quite extensive but if I had needed an anesthetic they would have all the info they needed to provide top notch care to me. Dr Kroetsch was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. My regular dentist had told me I might need surgery but Dr Kroetsch fixed my problem within 5 minutes. What a relief! He gave me confidence that I could follow up independently but also said I could call him and return if I needed to. I had a few qualms about how pricey my appointment would be but it was less than I had been quoted over the phone.I would Definitely recommend Dr Kroetsch to everyone.

Called for advice on getting a BottomTori removed, no one would talk to mr about the risks of this surgery unless i came in and paid $400.00 for just my few questions. its not a wonder these professionals live in such massive homes and drive Bentleys they help no one, they want mass amounts of money just to answer 2 questions. sickening.

Never have had a bad experience here, always very professional - I see dr kroestch, he's my oral surgeon. He gives plenty of information, and is always very pleasant to be around as are the nurses.

Not a good experience. They did not explain which is my right to know. They scared me instead of calming me down. Some nurses teased! I do not recommend this dental office. They do not seem to know how to act professionally.

Extremely happy with the results! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth yanked out. I didn't feel or remember a thing! My stitches dissolved and I was back to my old self in less than a week. I paid $2022 and they took me in the next day following my consultation (of another $115). I thought it was a bit pricey but for the quality of work, it was well worth it. Thank you Dr. Kroetsch and his nurses for ending my painful experience with stubborn wisdom teeth!
