DO NOT go through them, their online and in store rates are SIGNIFICANTLY huge and you will lose a lot of money if you don't go through their online ordering process. I lost a l$120 on my transaction simply because I didn't order the currency online. There are tons of other agencies around that will give you much better rate, even banks have better rates than them. When I complained they put this on me and told me the staff would have told me about the fees. She did not tell me anything about the fees. Save your money and go to a reliable company who will not scam you.

The reviews are true about this place. Rates are too high and one of the women there made a huge mistake they quoted me the wrong exchange rate to change CAD into USD. I confirmed several times that are you sure? She said yes. I wanted to exchange a large amount. I had to go to 2 different banks to take out all this cash only to find out that she made a mistake and I could have just taken a bank draft to another place and gotten a cheaper rate than what she told me afterwards!Wasted about 1.5 hrs because of long line ups at banks

Don't waste your time super high exchange rates not worth it at all you can get a much better rate at the bank or VSCE metrotown. Dont waste your money or time at this garbage place

The shop was closed. Despite saying that they were open, they were impossible to reach by phone. When I went all the way to the mall their door was locked. Considering the whole point of this shop is to provide convenience at a significantly worse exchange rate, not maintaining regular hours renders it useless and a complete waste of time.
