The staff here are great and a pleasure to deal with, but it was frustrating today to see that the google hours aren’t accurate. I drove an hour & crossed the border (including paying the bridge toll) to pick up a package only to see that the store is closed at 2pm on Sundays when Google lists it as open until 3pm. $40 and two hours that didn’t have to be wasted if the posted hours were accurate.Also worth noting that having a PO Box doesn’t let you ship parcels here, they’re still subject to the $7 USD/parcel per week fare which is a little frustrating given the high cost of the PO Box.

I'm not one to take to google to write a review, but I had to take the time to say that the staff at this UPS location are amazing. They are friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences at this location, they make the cross-border trip worthwhile. Would recommend to anyone close to the American border that needs to grab something that does not ship to Canada-A+ experience

Last Sunday I used this UPS store to pick up an item that would not ship yo Canada. I live in Ottawa and the trip there and back was painless. The service at the Ogdensburg UPS was excellent. They found my parcel very quickly and because I went on a Sunday morning, I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. I recommend using this UPS store for Canadians who cannot have items shipped from the US to a Canadian address.

Great caring staff that helped me locate my package in the back. To note for canucks, they recently revised pick-up pricing of regular packages (under 30 lb I believe) from $7 to $6 (for every two weeks). This move is appreciated and every bit of savings counts!

Love this place! We have been picking up weekly from them for 3 years and they have never lost a package. Great service and they even bring my packages to my car when i have the baby and cant carry them. $5 per box is also quite reasonable. Only thing I would like to see if possible is Sunday hours again. That was always the best time to come and probably is for a lot of Canadians since it's not a work day. Thanks Guys!!

The gentleman who does the motorizations there is using an expired motorization stamp. This caused a major issue for me in both time and expense as it delayed escrow closing.and required another trip across the border (as I am Canadian and needed a U.S. notary) in order to obtain the proper notarization.

Drove down from Canada to this UPS store today (July 17). I went to pick up a total of 4 packages but, unfortunately, they couldn't find one of them. These things happen especially given the immense amount of packages they get a day. They even invited me to search in the back with them which I appreciated. The two workers proceeded to look for over 2 HOURS straight until they finally found it (they encouraged me too grab lunch while they searched). It was a needle in a haystack situation so I was very impressed. Thank you Richard and colleague (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) for your hardwork.

I have been dealing with this UPS store for probably 20 years.The owner and manager Mike is very easy to deal with.The employees are polite and helpful.I had 14 packages I had ordered over a few months and they pulled them and got them ready for me even before I got there. I just let them know I was coming ahead of time.If you have multiple packages call them a few hours ahead and they would appreciate it. Plus you'll get in and out so much faster.First rate service in a friendly environment.Highly recommend this UPS store.

Have used them before with no problems to hold parcels that won't ship to Canada for $5 per week until I can pick them up. Ordered a BBQ and got a call that they're charging me $45 per day to hold it, because it was delivered on a transport truck. Kinda upset that I was not aware the truck used to deliver to the store changes the rate from $5 per week to $45 per day!!

The service is great. HOWEVER... until the border reopened recently you could always run in, or more importantly SAFELY DRIVE BY. The owners of this business allow Canadians picking up packages to park in the fire lane blocking traffic ALL the time. Not for giant orders, for small orders, to drop things off to ship and to run in and stand in line for 30 minutes. Its not just annoying, its unsafe for passersby. Park in the ASTOUNDINGLY close parking spots FFS.
