Bright Starts Co-operative Early Learning Centre

Despite the high ranking of this center I had a horrible experience with them. The story actually involved the safety and security of my child. This center is among the expensive one but yet the staff are very cautious about the amount of food they serve. My daughter was always starving badly in the afternoon. I always brought some food for her but in occasions that I forgot, staff were often reluctant to give her leftoverfoods foods from snack time. One time one of them cut the pear in half, the other refused food with the excuse that I don't have knife to cut it in half and the last time, the caregiver Laura in room#4 refused to give any food. My daughter saw an apple and she was insisting to have it, i asked her twice and the third time i said please give this to her I will bring a basket of apple tomorrow, she again refused!! How dare you! I pay the price of 1000 apples per monty! When u refuse food in front of me, what do u do during the day!I reported her to the manager but after that day my daughter was scared to go to school. She was grabbin my leg begging and crying. She was always happy and willing to go to daycare but since I reported Laura things changed. One day, i asked my daughter what happens at school, she was pointing at her head saying hit hit".
