Curtis the technician was very helpful, the estimate from Sears Appliance Repair was ridiculous, the $109 service call that would be applied to repair I can understand, the $500 estimate to install a $40 part (intake valve) was a real disappointment. No thank you will replace it myself.

Have had Sears repair my refrigerator and oven through home warranty. Both times the technicians were prompt, polite, and took the time to clean the area. They also fixed the problems without issues. I cannot speak on how fair their price is because I've only gone through them using my home warranty. However, their service is great.
