We are happy with our new carpet installation by Alexanian! The Alexanian team was professional and did an excellent and quick job removing the old carpet and installing the new one in the basement. The salesman Mario was also a great help in choosing the carpet and coming to do the floor size estimate. Carpet is excellent quality and priced well!

Recently had Luxury Vinyl Plank installed in our church sanctuary (Shaw Pantheon HD Plus). Very pleased with the project, the quality of the flooring and prompt follow-up to repair/resolve an issue. David and his crew were excellent to work with and completed the project in a timely fashion to accommodate our services, with little disruption.

We are SO happy with our stairs re-model! Everyone who worked on the job was very professional, friendly and Covid safe. From Dave (sales), Derrek & Michael (installers) to Hanna (stain/finish) everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Derrek actually did additional things that I hadn't thought of and enhanced the end result that much more.Thank you Alexanias!

We recently had the most wonderful experience at Alexanian Carpets in Newmarket. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by David. He quickly assessed our needs and provided some great options. He was really friendly, knowledgeable but also seemed to understand exactly what we needed. David helped us to pick the right carpets, stairs and flooring- he even came to the house! This was a big job but David thought of everything and made the entire process literally seamless. He stayed connected and gave us updates throughout the process. He quickly started to feel like family. I also want to give a special shout out to Derek and Olga who completed the stairs. True carpentry craftsmanship and total commitment to detail and getting right. They have a lot of pride in their work and I can see why. We recently had Alexanian come in remove the carpeting in upper level of our house and stairs and replace them with laminate in the upper level and solid oak for the stairs. Our salesman, Dave Duncan, is a first rate professional. He is extremely personable, has a great knowledgeable on all of the products and took the time to come out to our home on multiple occasions to discuss the job, and show us all types of samples and install options. He really put our mind at ease that the job was going to be done professionally and in a timely manner. Dave followed up with us before, during and after the job to make sure we were satisfied. You rarely see salesmen that go that extra mile for their clients. Our install team of Hakan and Ali were phenomenal. They came by the house a few days before to look over the job and discuss the timeline. They are courteous, punctual, fast, neat, and meticulous in the work they do. They treated our job like they were doing work on their own house. My wife and I are so please with the whole process of this renovation and would highly recommend Dave and the install crew from Alexanian.

Contacted store as we were looking to redo stairs. Connected with Hamid, who was super helpful and friendly. Both Hamid and Darek came out to look at the project, they were only ones from other prospective contractors who suggested taking away sideboard the previous owners had on side of stairs to cover the sides! No one else made this recommendation. So, few weeks later Darek, Hanna and Micheal completed work and we are so thrilled. I highly recommend this team, they were professional, expedient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Alexanian!!

Recently had our carpeted up and down circular stairs re-done to wood. They also replaced carpeted upper landing with hardwood. Job completed by carpenters Derrek and Michael. You can tell they are very experienced with this type of work. Materials used were top notch. Workmanship / Fit and Finish are excellent. Quality staining and varnishing. Used solid iron pickets. Derrek was able to re-use the existing wooden handrails and was open to any suggestions we had. Job completed on schedule. Ben the salesman was every efficient and easy to work with. We had quite a few estimates before deciding on Alexanian and are extremely happy that we went with them. Highly recommend for stair remodeling and hardwood floor installation.
