My experience with TJ was a cut above the rest from the very beginning. TJ came over right away to look at my floors and sent me a quote the very same day. I didn’t have to chase him for responses; communication was prompt and efficient. I had 4 other flooring companies come to look at my place, and TJ was the only one who came prepared with samples and who sent me a detailed quote with separate line items!!! When I had questions about the quote, he took the time to explain everything with me. He waited patiently while I flipped between colours trying to decide and I never felt any pressure to hurry. He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinions about the different options and colours, current trends and what he has seen as someone working in the flooring business for many years. I thought his pricing was fair and competitive. I was able to book with him for the following week and he completed the job on time (3 days). I really liked that TJ was organized, listened to what I wanted, was always friendly, respectful, and professional. I felt completely comfortable having him and his crew working in my home. They did an amazing job installing my new floors into my condo. The job was very clean and my floors look awesome! You can tell TJ is a stickler for detail, a bit of a perfectionist, and takes great pride in his work, which is exactly what I was looking for! It’s always a risk when you’re hiring a new contractor, but TJ exceeded all expectations. I would hire him again and will be recommending him to all my friends and family. TJ was absolutely incredible, reliable, trustworthy, hard working and honest. He was professional from initial contact from Kijiji ad, making time to come out and quote same day, to being able to schedule install around my schedule. Even when I was flip flopping between floor choices late at night, day prior to install, he would respond and assist. I will be recommending TJ to anyone who asks and I will be using his services to do my other 2 floors. Thank you TJ!

This company is highly recommended. my husband and I are very happy with our new floor and stairs.And TJ recommend us to change the baseboard too. At first we doubt it, but when TJ explain to us what will be the outcome and the big difference with new baseboard,, we decided to take his advice..and it's beautiful.Even the colour for our stairs we took his advice.TJ did an amazing job..despite of him working alone, he manage to do the job well done.He has good vision.And because of that, we recommend TJ again to do my brothers' basement too in the next month..Thank you for doing a good business with you.

TJ changed our carpet to laminate in our condo.Great, quality work and great value. Labour and material was included so it was very convenient as well. He was very knowledgeable regarding what type of underlay the condo board requires and guided me in the right direction. Always answered any questions patiently. Highly recommend.

Absolute pleasure to deal with TJ and his entire team for our flooring project this fall. Very professional and hardworking group of people. My wife and I are very happy with the work. Hired these guys without any negotiations. Paid top dollars for the job even though I got less quotes as I had developed a good relationship with TJ by his talks to convince me.Unfortunately I have to tell that he won't respond to my messages or text. Once he got my money, there was ZERO Customer service. I dare TJ to share this post on his Facebook as he does all his customer appreciation. I am sure all customers are happy once the job is done but if you have some things not done right, you suppose to come back and correct it. Be very cautious hiring this company as there is no follow up after the job is done and I am sure they will be doing the same with all their current, past and future customers. I will be sharing my experience in all my groups and within my community for people to be aware of companies who take your money and exhibit ZERO service after that. I have been waiting for months now and he hasn't addressed any of my concerns which needs to be corrected.

TJ installed LVP flooring on the main floor of my home. When trying to contact him ( several messages left-text/voicemal) hehas turned into a ghost! Installation at 2 transition points was done with an alternative method. He did offer to install a sub floor to elliminate this problem at SEVERAL hundreds more after he had started the job. Being on a fixed income this was not an option for me. He came up with a very poor alternative. I had a REPUTABLE company do the second story. I was told TJ's work was sub par!!!! They would have used a product to transition the difference in level over several feet. Not the best sollution but better than having a soft transition that has no base under them. I am now put in the position of having to use a different installer correct this problem at my expence.

We found TJ's work to be very well done. He removed old carpeting and hardwood and installed brand new hardwood floors and baseboards throughout almost the entire house.He worked diligently and his work was exceptional. The pricing was very competitive and he provided us with an abundance of great ideas that we had never thought of ourselves and ended up implementing.His eye for detail and great intuition when it comes to interior decorating was impeccable.I would highly recommend his services!
