UPDATED: REPLY TO OWNER.Mr. Dares was not the person who contacted the store regarding the items.. that is the first wrong thing I read in the owners reply to my review. We provided the case number verbally via phone call to thw store and then I have messages via FB regarding this same issue where I give the police report file number. As we told the pawn shop, we do not carry the serial numbers of our tools. That is just very unheard of for one. For two, we provided make, model numbers and initials/ distinctive drawings on the tools. The WIFE of the man who's tools went missing, called and described the tool makrings and were told thye HAD THEM. We have provided everything BUT the serial numbers that you requested and have still yet to see a good outcome.. I think before you reply you should do more digging on the situation and the facts at hand...0/10 do not recommended. Do not give these people your business. They are thiefs!

Bought Xbox One Turned on at store green screen xbox sign okay all good get it home get the update done and system shuts down. Now it does it to both my xbox ones not just one of them updates done i can start up fortnite on one system play one match then it shuts off the system i bought from the store i can start fallout 4 up on it but b4 i can create the character it shuts down too. No refund all sales final and it wasnt mentioned at time of sale either WOW

Went here for the first time today. Good selection of electronics, fair prices, great customer service. Shop is well kept, and products are in good condition.Was impressed and will be popping in time to time.

Will never go back too the lacewood store the girl that's doing the pawns today kyla or kayla is so ignorant too first time customers im surprised they let her work there but by the looks of the place I guess the people they pick fit first time and last time there oh and not everyone that walks in is a crack head

Was told on the Phone that they would give me $80 for my 500Gb Xbox one and one controller..so i went out there,when i got there they said not interested in Xbox one" i will never do business with this place..."
