Absolutely fantastic customer service! We have purchased phones from Wireless First-Aid in the past and have always found them to be a fair price and good quality, received fast and reliable repairs and yesterday we received help with a general issue we were having with our iPhone 10 and Casey and his repairs partner helped us with no questions asked. They are willing to help customers even when it doesn't equal in profits for them- good customer service like this is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. As a general customer you will most certainly be treated with the same high level of respect that normally only friends and family receive. We would highly recommend Wireless First-Aid to anyone!

Had a really good experience dealing with them. They had a gaming PC I was interested in and the knowledge about the product along with the customer service was refreshing to see. They were very upfront about the cost and the product specs and even stayed past business hours so I could come in after work. Really happy with my purchase and looking forward to many hours of gaming. Highly recommended.

I wasn't going to do this but the way I was spoken to doesn't sit right so... Some time ago I originally got my phone screen replaced here after it was dropped. After it was repaired, My phone experienced issues but I didn't have the time to take it back and eventually the screen stopped working. I did not drop it this time, and I made sure to explain that. Once again I got my phone back and the screen still had issues (clicking things without me touching the screen, typing full sentences I wasn't typing, the camera glitching out, etc). I wasn't very happy with the fact that he was telling me I dropped it even tho I had explained that i took it out of my pocket and it just stopped working. There wasn't even a scratch or crack. The screen protector wasn't put on properly and I could tell he was in a rush cause he told me he was going to close early and after handing me my phone with the screen protector clearly not on correctly he said the bubbles will go away with use". Not even two weeks later the same thing happened

I couldn't be more impressed with Casey and his team. I have and traded many computers and iPhones for upgrades and even bought out-right NEW-USED devices as well. They are always FAIR, Helpful, and have the devices I need and will definitely use them for service. No place better to lean on for HELP! Absolutely recommend these guys!

Best mobile repair store in town! Took in a phone a couple hours ago with a microphone that didn’t work and a battery that wouldn’t charge. Picked the phone up a couple hours later for over 100$ less than what I was quoted by competitors, and a new otter box case was on the phone free of charge from the team that works there.Why would I ever go anywhere else again!

We upgraded my Mom's phone today. Great prices, and very helpful with all aspects of the purchase. Top notch customer service. They made what we thought could be a difficult thing to deal with into an easy interaction. Friendly/knowledgeable/helpful. Highest reccommendations.

Twice I got new batteries there installed in my iPhone 8, then 11. Both times they suddenly lay would drop to 1% power, when charging or not. They absolutely are not installing legitimate Apple batteries. I went elsewhere and zero battery issues.

This place is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly staff that always help you get the best deal! They even help you with tech issues: probably the best phone store in London!
