My father has always been very happy with syed, so when it was time for me to get hearing aids I went with my fathers Advice. Syed gave me thoughtful advice and recommendations, I’m very happy wit the results. When needed a few tweaks shortly after receiving my hearing aids, the service was quick, and freindly. Very patient and understanding as I dealt with sudden hearing loss and the need for hearing aids. Syed quickly assessed my needs, reviewed possible options and provided pricing and payment options. I was fitted for hearing aids within a week and, with a couple of adjustments, I have been very satisfied with results.The ongoing support is also appreciated as I feel my hearing needs will continue to change over time. The warranty is also outstanding and provides me with confidence over the long-term.

They are wonderful to deal with. Great people selling great products. They took care of everything for me from second I stepped in to billing to the final fit of my hearing aid. Very knowledgeable staff with the compassion of knowing that is not an easy transition for everyone. I will be dealing with them for all my hearing aid needs as well recommending to everyone i know and meet. Highly recommended!

My father Ross purchased hearing aids here. The overall expertise and experience was top notch. When one of his hearing aids got damaged he dropped by the office expecting to leave it or a long wait. The friendly front desk assistant repaired it on the spot. A great place to get hearing aids!

best in town, treated my mom so good, if you are concerned about your ears this is the best place to come by. Staff is very good they given attention to details, really listen to your concerns and give you best advice possible.reception staff has good communication skills.

The customer service here is incredible. The receptionist and doctor are super kind and caring. They really do as much as they can to help you and your hearing needs. Even when you dont have an appointment and show up last minute, they do their best to accommodate you. Highly recommend.
