I have shopped in London drugs Ladner for years and I have never had this experience, I picked up a prescription and then got some Dr Scholls orthotics, I went to the self checkout and payed for them ,there was a man leaving in front of me and he set the alarm off he was told to proceed, I went and the alarm went off I pulled the recipe out but she took my bag off me and put it over the scanner nothing happens has I payed for everything and then she proceed to look in my bag ,why did she not just view the recipe was it necessary to make me look like I had stolen something because that is what it felt like it was embarrassing

The Pharmacy is terrible. Poor customer service, consistent issues with improper billing to extended health. Long lines and reduced hours.

Unfortunately there are no London Drugs in my province, so I ordered something online to ship to my home.Someone from this store called to confirm a couple of details regarding my order and considering what I ordered, I truly, genuinely appreciated that! I cut off the person on the phone a bit too much in my excitement, ha.Hopefully we will see a London Drugs in London, Ontario at some point in the future!

Always friendly here. The store is clean and offers a wide range. London drugs also has really good sales here, cheaper than Walmart! The pharmacy is pretty busy and can be hard to get your medications without waiting for 30 minutes in line.

I Had a horrible experience last week at the Ladner London Drugs. As a life long Ladner Resident, father of two kids I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years. This last week I had a experience with one of the Assistant Managers that was not pleasant. His name was Guy. When I asked to speak to the manager he said “I am the Manager.” I then called head office only to find out he was not the Manager. I did go in the following day and talk to the actual manager Dave who was very nice to talk to and understood my concerns. Unfortunately, this experience motivates me to spend my money elsewhere. Hope that the “So called Manager” Guy gets a crash corse in Customer Service. Since the way I was talked to was not right. For the record this was about $5.99 cent purchase. Unfortunate

Wow I just had the worst experience with a cashier! Just wanted to confirm the price of a few items, and decided two of them I did not want anymore. The cashier was cold to me when I asked for help, and then did not remove both the items I returned to the desk. I told her and she ignored me. I then moved to another check out and was yelled at across the store. The cashier then told me the other items were removed, however they were not as there was a balance of $5 something and it still would not let me scan the only item I actually wanted to buy. After arguing back and forth I decided to not even buy the sale item I was after. Once I pointed the balance to her for a 3rd time she stopped arguing and I left the store. Also their beepers go off when you have nothing in hand. Absolute joke of an employee. I will stick with my home town shoppers!

the pharmacy has a bad habit of wasting peoples time. they tell me my prescription is ready at a certain time. so i come ten minutes after it’s supposed to be ready. only to be told i have to wait an additional 45 minutes. never coming here again after one to many wasted hours of my life.

This used to be a great store. I can see why all the old staff left. Now it is a complete and utter disaster. Horrible customer service and rude staff. Oh and they’ll do anything the can to screw you on their ‘extended warranty’.

The Pharmacy is extremely busy - not their fault whatsoever. & They're all very pleasant. Ladner has an aging population. Nothing really to do with the COVID-19 virus. So give yourself ample time to request, wait, and pay. Perhaps go 1/2 a week before your Rx is about to run out.
