Great service. My vehicle overheated outside Revelstoke. They were able to very quickly diagnosis the problem, order a new part for me, and install it. I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. They treated me great!

Super friendly and knowledgable staff! We came in thinking we had one issue and the mechanic knew from one quick look that our problem was something else entirely requiring several different parts than we thought- they ordered in everything and we were out much quicker than anticipated! Travelling through the Rockies and developed an alternator issue at Revelstoke. Lane got my truck in right away and had me back on the road in an hour. Great service and reasonable rates.

We had alternator issues on our way to Vancouver Island. Begbie's was great about getting my Honda Pilot in when no other garages had space just before Christmas, and they got us on our way again. They also put a new drive belt and tensioner on, but unfortunately once we got out to the Island, the belt was squeaking and eventually came off when a bolt broke off and power steering went out. A mechanic on the Island said there were issues with tensioner and we had to get it fixed again. After some discussions, Begbie's showed kind understanding and refunded me the money I had paid for the second repair. Very honest people, and highly recommened

Rolled into town in limp mode around 11 am on Dec 23rd on my way to Vancouver with a Check Electronic Throttle Control error. After being turned away by every other garage in town I already knew he was going to be booked solid but he offered to clear the code anyway and hope for the best. He hooked up the scanner and saw additional turbo restriction codes and immediately checked the air filter. The whole intake box was packed with snow. Problem solved and Christmas saved. Never been so happy to part with my money. Amazing humans work here. Would happily throw more money at them for future repairs.
