Not too long of a wait, receptionist seemed fine and dr wolski was great. Very informative and helpful !

Dr.Wolski is fantastic. I’ve been seeing him for about 2 years. His Receptionist was super helpful as I was running late finding somewhere to park and she answered when I called to let her know. She suggested an alternative parking location. She always calls to remind me about my upcoming appointments.

Receptionist should be FIRED for making care inaccessible for patients. She does not deserve to have a job.

Where do I even begin with the RECEPTIONIST, the fact that she is still working there regardless of numerous complaints and rude behavior just shows how inconsiderate they are. I called in to get an update on a requisition & before even hearing me out she rudely told me to get off the phone as she has many requisitions & won't go through it just for me". This is not professional at all and goes against every doctor patient policy."

Dr. Wolski was recommended for my husband's sleep issues. He was scheduled in for a cancellation for both the appointment and sleep study which was nice. Dr. Wolski was thorough with his explanation of the sleep study and steps to move forward.The receptionists customer service skills leave something to be desired. She told my husband his appointment time wasn't for 1pm but 3:30pm and that she didn't care" what his calendar reminder on his phone said. It could have been explained much more diplomatically if there was an error

The doctor himself is amazing. His receptionist is HORRIBLE!!! Very rude and obnoxious.

A doctor who cares and will listen and appointments on time, also a receptionist that is friendly and knows her job two very caring professionals

After seeing him for 5 years my husband had to request a new specialist. Even though he really liked Dr.Wolski, his receptionist made it impossible to remain a patient there. She yells over you as you are talking, gives inaccurate appointment times, and then argues that she is right. This happened on multiple occasions. I attempted to speak with her myself and the ignorance was so unbelievable I had to really ask myself, am I calling a medical professional? I hope Dr.Wolski will take his patients feedback seriously, when we spoke with him about our experiences with her, it was left untreated. We are sad to have to stop seeing him, however dealing with her is not good for someone’s mental health. It is stressful enough dealing with this type of specialist, kind and considerate staff makes it much easier. You should not have to be anxious to call your doctor because you are worried how the receptionist will act.
