Bannister Collision & Glass Kelowna

I have the worst luck with my vehicle which has lead to me trying a few auto repair shops. I am happy to say that I have found the shop that I will be using from now on. They are friendly, helpful, and the work was done perfectly. It was a wonderful surprise to see they had cleaned my vehicle as well, not many businesses go the extra mile anymore so thank you Bannister Collision!

Bannister definitely went above and beyond for fixing my smashed window, not only did they have it fixed in a timely manner but the job done was perfect. The girls in the office were fun and very helpful and they gave me the best possible price on the new window. Also want to thank the crew in the back, not only did they do an amazing job cleaning my truck out they also went as far to clean my whole truck inside and out. Thank you so much for the great job.

I would steer very clear of using this business ! They have lied to ICBC about their communication with me , they lied and said I did not respond to their calls . They told my PARENTS i wasnt returning their calls when they went to pick up my unfinished car.. They lied and said I did not make them aware of my steering issue. (I was hit wby a drunk driver when my car was parked) Good thing I am peerson who saves all voice mails, call logs and communications. All their lies have been proven against them..then here is the big thing they knew my car was to be driven to Vancouver where I live, one of my sons were to fly down and pick up my vehicle, they did not check any mechanics of my car after my sending them a detailed list of its issues. THE VEHICLE was attempted to be sent out with broken tie rods. After how rude their receptionist Sandy was to me, I no longer trusted them and asked my Dad to check everything before removing my car from their lot .So he did , if my car was driven over the Coquihalla with broken tie rods, the issue could have been fatal on those roads.Their excuse, we are really busy .They had my rental car removed from me, leaving me without a vehicle, claiming I did not respond to their calls telling me my car was ready. No such call was made.I was not going to leave this review until my Mother told me they told her I did not respond to their calls.They are now being investigated for their ability to to have the ICBC accreditation.Get it together Bannister.These are times where all communications are recorded. It's no longer one word over another.Oh, also apparently I was being text messaged from the receptionists person cell phone in which I had been sending confidential information. I was not made aware that this was not a business line .Terrible experience.

I experienced Vandalism while I was at Kelowna with my family. I am not from Kelowna and got stuck in the motel because of the broken window in my car. I tried to call so many places and none of them were able to help to find the right window for my car in the same day. I called Bannister and they also said there is no matching window available in town. But they asked me to bring the vehicle to the store. They cleaned all the glass pieces from my car and put and helped to cover the window which helped me to drive 300 km with my two young kids in heavy rain. There service is exceptional and the great thing about them is they didn’t charge me any single dollar. They are not just giving exceptional customer service they are good human beings too….. I would recommend this place to everyone who lived and visit Kelowna…. Thank you all the staff working here… keep it up your great work….

Bannister did an amazing job fixing my truck after a collision. Staff are all amazing and very friendly. Had nothing but pleasant experiences with this shop and they always answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I will definitely be using this shop for any future repairs and highly reccomend them. Thanks again for a great experience!

I had a lift-gate issue, seemingly an alignment problem, with my Escape. I called for an appointment to see if Bannister could look at it, and they told me to just bring it down for a quick check. 30 minutes later it was fixed at no charge! Everyone at this business was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience ever and they've got my future business for sure!

I can't reccommend this place. When I had a hit-and-run, I called to ask how long it would take them to get me in for repair. Whoever answered the phone was not interested in giving me a straight answer. They told me I'd need a rental car, asking if I had coverage for that, on and on. They also subtly implied that I was at-fault. For a hit and run. That happened to my parked, unoccupied vehicle. I found a shop closer to home that had better customer service.

I cannot have had a more positive experience than what I experienced at Bannister Collision and Glass. The part was found overnight and installed in a few hours. The sunroof on my vehicle had shattered during a recent extended trip through Canada and the United States. As the vehicle is registered in BC, I had to get it back to this province to get it tended to. Heartfelt thanks to Sandy, Rae, Diane and likely many others who worked so professionally and courteously to bring about a positive result.

Had my windshield repaired here and the service was professional, courteous and on time! They even went out of their way to bring my truck back to me at work! Outstanding!I would recommend Bannister Collision and Glass to anyone looking for the same great service.

We at Hotwire gets all our work and personal Vehicles repaired at Bannister Collision because they DO IT RIGHT the 1st time and are the easiest to deal with. If any issues they are on it right away :)
